John Morrison is awesome, but RVD in his prime was innovative and amazing.

This was actually closer for me than I originally thought..

If this ever happens, I really don't care who wins, as long as it goes about 20-25 minutes.

But I voted for RVD.

That is REALLY tough for me... I should go for RVD, for the comments made by DeathtotheSwiss, but man I think Morrison has been a little innovative also, PLUS he can speak on the mic... RVD's mic skills were pretty brutal...

For me it's 52% Morrison & 48% RVD... i think Morrison's future will be awesome without major injury...

Tough Call but RVD is RVD

Morrison has been far more interesting and entertaining to me in the time since he debuted than RVD has been to me ever.

In 10 years, ask me this question again, and I might answer Morrison.... he has a tremendous amount of potential, but hasn't been around long enough to be better than RVD

RVD by a mile.

go ahead and break it down on what this is then? Cause about 50 people have had 50 different variations

Rob Van Dam, easily.

RVD overall by a lot. Very athletic and had great feuds in ECW. Crazy how far he could launch himself in the air and how he developed the 5 Star into a devastating move by also selling how it would hurt him to use it.

Too early to rate Morrison fairly since he hasn't reached top level status in the WWE yet. Originally didn't like his current character when he 1st debuted it but he's made it work well so far.

Rob Van Dam. Come on so many great memories and matches.

John Morrison is awesome, but has not been around long enough to really do too much at the moment.

John Morrison has done absolutely nothing noteworthy yet.

"Noteworthy" is hard to come by in today's landscape.

I like Morrison and I think his best years are in front of him, but he is no RVD. That guy could be anywhere in the ring and was one of the best at selling.

Been meaning to mention this somewhere but I didn't really want to make a thread: I hate Starship Pain as a finisher. Yes, it's kind of cool looking, but it would be way better as a finish that happens on special occasions. More often than not he just lands on the guy's nuts and they have to find the right camera angle on the replay to sell it actually working.

RVD also got pushed way better than Morrison.

Whatever happened to winning streaks?

it's going to be hard for me to vote against my boy RVD. He's my favorite wrestler of all time so there you go.

I may possibly vote against him next round simply because you called him "your boy."

RVD for sure. Not taking anything away from Morrison but he is still young and is just breaking into the business

Morrison's been with the company since 2002. I dunno if I'd call that just breaking into the business.

true but imo he's just starting to shine. no doubt he will be main eventing before too much longer

def. gotta go with RVD

Simply based on his ECW work

Swiss Ultimate

I also have to say that while Morrison is a great wrestler, RVD had some of his best, most athletic matches while high.
