So what exactly is wrong with Bobby Heenan?
I mean, I have been reading the news on him(ironically, the Motiff center is like 5 minutes away and I know someone who works there) I saw the picture and he looks like he is in horrible shape. I saw him a few years back and he looks like he has aged like 50 years since.
I KNOW it's probably on Wikipedia but I rather hear it from you guys since you usually throw some details that Wiki does not have.
Throat cancer, he first had it about 6 years ago I think, completely ruined his voice and messed his appearance up. Ridiculously shitty, a man of his all-round legendary-ness should still be making a contribution to the business
This is a video from his most recent appearance about two weeks ago. It's extremely sad, you've been warned.

Yeah, not gonna watch that, saw the pics on Facebook about a week ago and that sucked enough. But hey, at least he's alive, there was a time a year or 2 ago when it was claimed he was on the way out

Yeah, I almost cried watching the footage.
Bobby was one of the, arguably THE, best talker in the business.
Hilarious, quick-witted, very smart about the business. Tremendous idea of the psychology of the business. Just loved to have fun and entertain. Very genuine guy.
What a shame.
At least we can all appreciate Bobby, and hopefully acknowledge his abilities and contributions while he's alive.

Yeah, I wish I knew about the event, I would have went to show support for Bobby at least. I went to the first or second Blizzard Brawl and had a great time, and they sent me a DVD of it for free which was pimp.

I liked 2008's, this year's was a cluster#$%@.

Yeah, they did a quick shot of him during the Hall of Fame ceremony this year and it was a "holy shit, how is he doing?" type feeling as soon as I saw him.

Man that video is depressing. I love the way he snatches the award off the guy presenting it. Typical Brain. :y:
