She could talk about how she got addicted to diet pills and shit like that to fit the "Diva" image. Now that she's "Straight Edge", the WWE makes fun of her for being fat.
Not sure how that would make her heel...but they could have her become psycho again and have a "skinny" Diva hit list, taking out the faces first.

Yep, I definitely like my avatar, lol. But I do hate this angle. And with the ppv win, so far Michelle is winning it. So unless there is a big payoff coming soon with Mickie absolutely destroying Michelle, this is all just going to be a big burial for Mickie. She even spoke out yesterday on how much she doesnt like the angle.
