Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2

Previously a PS3 exclusive, the super fun brawling game (and possibly the best anime-based game evar) is getting a cross-platform sequel so 360 owners can see why the game is fucking fantastic. Competitive play returns along with a new co-op mode and 4plyr support (awesome). All of this was revealed in a magazine and I don't have pics or vids to show. I'm very happy about this, Ultimate Ninja Storm is a great game. :D

I didn't get it because I had Ultimate Ninja 2 and 3 on PS2 and I REALLY wanted to use shippuden characters.

That said, I do hope they have all the part 1 characters as well, like ultimate ninja 4.

Oh, and this is still one of the most gorgeous games ever.

Tekken 6's Lars is in this game. As a testament to how zany Lars can be, he actually fits perfectly fine in this game.

That sort of thing happens in many other reviews, and it absolutely drives me crazy. "Hey I'm not the biggest ______ genre fan, but here I am reviewing this game!"

If I was an editor, I'd make it a policy that every reviewer open their reviews with background information on their personal experience with the genre, game series, or franchise (in the case of licensed games) to establish some form of peer-to-peer credibility. That way gamers can know off the bat the guy either knows what he's talking about and should be listened to, or if he's totally noob and his comments should be taken super lightly.

That's not to say an outsider's take isn't okay, but come the fuck on.

Undefeated online, btw. But I don't like having to earn assist moves for characters (unless it's supposed to be one assist?) Gotta get more characters but currently I'm kicking ass with Ino. Like part one this is MvC2, in 3D movement, sans the bullshit, with added fun. A great case of an easy to approach game still having some strategy.
