Does anyone here like these movies? I only saw the first one and thought it was pretty good. I'm going to get the second one on DVD. Just two things I noticed about this movie (I would stop reading if you don't want the ending of the first one ruined for you).

1. I noticed several Christian messages in Jeeper's Creepers 1. There was focus on the Church, as well as the woman who started praying being spared by the beast. Really good writing, IMO. :y:

2. A lot of people complained about the same actor being in both movies, but I thought it was really clever writing. The boy & girl kept asking the woman who "sees things" if she was ever wrong. She never really answered, but it just revealed she saw one of them in a dark room with music playing. That was exactly what happened at the end of the first one. My thesis is that that was just what she saw. Whether or not what she saw would really happen never really got answered (Sorry if they actually answered what happened in the second movie). :y:

It was horrible. I don't even wanna see Jeepers Creepers 2, judging by how horrible the first one was and the terrible reviews it got.

If you liked Jeepers Creepers you'll like the second. It has more of you 'Christian' themes in it, as well as very cool character traits from the Creeper. The actor/director commentary is one of the better and funnier ones on DVD's today. And like Neo from The Matrix to Reloaded, the Creeper takes his flight ability to over the top chase sequences.

If you liked part one, you'll like part two. It has more of your 'Christian' themes in there, as well as nice shots of the Creeper's flight ability (He's really fast up there). The actor/director commentary is funny, though not too revealing. As for the above rant; why even reply in a thread of a subject you don't like in the first place?

I liked the first one. I never really got into the second one at all when I saw it though.

I dunno. The title alone turned me off seeing it.

Then there were the trailers...

I agree, the title didn't draw me in it all. I just watched it at a friends place.

I enjoyed the first one a lot. I really wanted the kid to get away at the end or something, but it never happened.

The first one was good.

The second one sucked horrible monkey testicles. It was a piece of shit just aiming for a box office hit.

i thought the first one was pretty good for a horror flick. the second one is not as good IMO. its slightly more of your average dumb horror flick compared to the first one.

Thanks for the help guys. :y:

One of my friends saw the second one and liked it, so they rented out the first one (which is the one I watched). The second one sounds more action-like.

I didnt really like either of them but I thought the first one was better than the second one. I liked how the first one ended. The bad guy one and that is pretty rare to happen in movies. The second one I did think was pretty bad. I remember seeing it at the movies and I couldnt take it. I wouldnt walk out but I just didnt want to watch it anymore. Now because of my little brother, we have the second one. I cant believe he wasted his money on that.
