okay,

So vince kicked bret in the balls, obviously this is a setup for future events. Fuck, they have got a long way to til wrestlemania. Perhaps we will see bret hart in a street fight with vince. Maybe DX will split and Shawn will be in brets corner whereas HHH will be in vinces.

Where to from here?

I think they're trying to bring back the art of storytelling with more than a few weeks build.

As of yesterday WM26 looked like it was shaping up to be WM9 all over again. This could give it that spark it'll need to hype us up if it happens.

yes,

No doubt
Vince will be on next week bragging about how he suckered bret in. I have a feeling Bret will be on the titantron rather than in person in the ring next week.

Maybe Randy Orton will get involved...

I loved that closing segment. Now too me it seemed real as the HBK/Bret Hart segement did to.

I truely believed what Vince was saying was legitimate. I believe all the emotion was real and honest. It was a great moment and I loved every mintue of it, and it was refreshing to see.

I think they use Bret Hart sparingly kind of like they did tonight. He probably won't be on everyweek, and Vince will mostly be doing the build up for the feud.

I was kind of hoping Orton would involve himself, only to have the Hart Dynasty run in and save Uncle Bret, and start a huge feud with Bret and Vince as the main cog and Legacy and The Hart Dynasty as a sub feud.

Either way, I'd rather Bret actually show up on each show to help the build, but as long as he's on T.V. and getting built up to Mania, I'm happy.

I think Bret should go to TNA and kick Vince in the only spot he cares about his wallet!!!!!

I want to see a massive storyline where the storyline defines the direction of Raw and wrestlers are either with Vince McMahon (the boss) or with Bret Hart (the disgruntled ex-employee). I don't know how the guest GM host each week will play into this.

The copy for this pic on wwe.com is horrible; "Mr. Mcmachon buries the hatched...deep into Bret Hart's groin"

Picture is called "Hart Attack" :nono:

And now Bret's got a groin tear the likes of which you've never seen in your life.

I said this in the Raw thread: the positioning as Shawn was leaving the ring was perfect. Just that little jerky movement he made when he went to hug Bret was enough to make you think he was going to kick him, even if you'd already read the spoilers and knew he didn't.

I'd like to know what Shawn said to Bret during the hug, but Bret didn't seem to sell it.

If they decide to book Vince against Bret I hope they have it at either The Rumble or No Way Out or heck even on tv for that matter. If Hart is in good enough condition to indeed have one more big match at WM they should at least put him up against someone that can pick up any slack. No offence to Bret but after all these years regardless of how good of shape he's in he's bound to have plenty or ring rust to work out.

Well, if he was able to work a propper wrestling match, he would probably have done it with Shawn, but the safer option will be the street fight with Vince.

I think they could have done better with the final segment, but still, it will pretty much deffinately be both men's final bout with two of the better performers in pro wrestling history. I have high hopes for it.
