Screw the Q/A forum.
Yeah I just watched the big show after not watching in about a year and have a couple of questions.
I was happy as fuck to not see Don West on there. Hated that guy. Did they fire him or did he just leave.
Also what happened to Booker T.
Pretty exited about the future of wrestling right now.
Now all TNA needs is SID. :D
West still works for TNA, just not as an announcer.
Booker left TNA due to his dissatisfaction with TNA management.

Oh yeah just remembered. Who was that with Jeff Hardy and what did they get in those envelopes?
It was Shannon Moore and those were presumably TNA contracts.

All I know about the above questions posed is that in RE: Booker T, to go even more in-depth with Juan's response Booker T's dissatisfaction stemmed from the fact that he was to put over Matt Morgan and some other guy in a tag match vs. him and Steiner. All was well until a few hours before that night's iMPACT! taping, but then apparently a mere 2-4 hours before tapings were set to commence, Booker stormed in to Dixie's office and basically said he refused to do the match if he had to lose (remind you of a certain washed-up WWE guy who's trying to make TNA relevant? No? Here's a big hint, he always used to wear red and yellow) to Morgan and Morgan's partner. They then decided to pull the tag match from that taping, and decided that Booker's character in TNA was to be written off 3 days after that episode aired, on their November PPV although I don't know how it was done, except that I seem to recall reports that Booker was carted off on a stretcher.

The yellow envelope contained Jeff Hardy's indictment papers. Hardy thinks he'll look more sympathetic to a jury with a female lawyer by his side.
Don West got promoted to doing something sales/merchandise related in TNA. He still plays an on-air character, in that he has some sort of relationship with Amazing Red, the current X-Division Champion. West sort of coaches and adds this weird sort of third person commentary when Red is out there from ringside. It's actually not as bad as I make it sound. If Red is beaten up backstage, for example, he'd bitch about how it's not fair Red is competing tonight. It actually adds something to Red's matches.
Booker T left the company in a huff, and I actually forgot all about him until you mentioned him. There were instant rumours that he would be returning to the WWE, but those changed to be "he'll be taking some time off." Truthfully, I can see the WWE fighting fire with fire, and as they are looking for African-American stars, I can easily see Booker T being brought back soon and given a bit of a face push. Sheamus vs. Booker T? I've seen worse.

I'd be ok with this. It'd be new and worth watching. I myself would much rather see Kofi in the title hunt, but until this thing with Orton ends, I don't see Kofi going anywhere. What's the scorecard look like on Kofi/Orton anyways?

Think it's somewhere close to 3 or 4-1 in Orton's favor. The only win I recall Kofi getting is when Cuban made the fast count. Orton beat Kofi after Legacy beat him down, and beat him rather convincingly this past Monday.

Kofi also won at survivor series

Kofi also teamed with Mark Henry and Evan Bourne against Legacy successfully, I believe. But if we're just counting singles matches, then it is something like 3-1. I mean, my dream booking would have been for Kofi Kingston to pin Orton on RAW cleanly. Legacy then gets in the ring to beat Orton down, as promised. Cody Rhodes, however, attacks DiBiase, and he and Orton turn on the son of the Million Dollar Man. Kofi is nearing the top of the ramp, and is facing the internal conflict of whether or not to help a man he has had problems with in the past.
Kofi does, but there is no hug or handshake or anything. Kofi just sees it as a chance to show DiBiase that he is not as crappy as he is, after DiBiase has soaked up a bit of the medicine he has been dishing out for the past year and a bit. Then you can actually do an Orton & Rhodes vs. Kofi & DiBiase match, and have Mike Tyson award Kofi Kingston the #1 contender's spot against Sheamus at the Royal Rumble.
