That was a milk-out-of-the-nose moment!

BTW, Helms is getting a little chubby in the mid-section - just like his buddy Matt Hardy.

Yeah for sure. Somebody needs to stop hitting the all you can eat Hurribuffet so hard.

CM Punk wins and molds ECW in his image?

They've been thinking of rebranding the show in some way...it's possible

Pretty sick move by Baretta with the spinning leg drop on Goldy's head while on the ring apron.

ECW Becomes SEW - Straight-Edge Wrestling??

Cm punk turns everyone on ECW straight edge and starts a war with the rest of the WWE.

Or not.

Gallows not coming out with Punk? Wonder if there's something "up" with that.

This is so stupid..they've hyped this up for a long time and the pay off only has about 10 minutes. Stupid

Man, Evan only lasted a tiny bit more than Santino in last year's Rumble.

Incredibly stupid tactical move, Shelton.

Really hope Kane doesn't win this. It'd likely mean the end of his 11-year Royal Rumble match streak, as guys rarely pull double duty anymore.

Zeke vs Christian at RR? I don't like this 1 bit, but I don't see Zeke winning either.

Ermaximus

The only upside to Zeke winning would be that it would free Christian up to finally get moved to another show. Hopefully Smackdown.

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 08:48 AM
Also maybe it would give the belt to someone that it doesn't look so misproportioned on.

The Jayman
01-13-2010, 09:07 AM
belt is kinda big

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 09:23 AM
It's like twice the size of Christian's head.

It looked fine on Mark Henry and would look fine on Zeke, but it kind of looked ridiculous on Swagger and even worse on Christian.

The Jayman
01-13-2010, 09:25 AM
well when they made the belt Henry was champion so I guess that is why it was made a little bigger

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 09:27 AM
Yeah that's what I figured, but to me it's almost comedic looking on Christian. I'm not saying he's a bad champ or anything by any means, but just the belt looks so wierd on an average size guy.

The Jayman
01-13-2010, 09:29 AM
agreed. It looks weird on Christian and it also did on Matt Hardy

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 09:33 AM
Oh yeah forgot about him, you're right.

The Jayman
01-13-2010, 09:34 AM
well maybe Big Zeke can take it off Christian's hands so thet he can be moved to Smackdown

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 09:36 AM
I hope so, I like Big Zeke for some reason. Zeke and Koslov both.

The Jayman
01-13-2010, 09:46 AM
I like Zeke. I never cared too much for Koslov. it's not that i don't like him it's just a meh thing

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 09:49 AM
Yeah I understand I was the same way on him until his fued with Hunter on Smackdown.

The Jayman
01-13-2010, 09:52 AM
That was a good program. so was the Taker/Koslov feud

DaveBrawl
01-13-2010, 10:07 AM
Yep. I'm going to fully attribute all of that to Koslov. :shifty:

I see Zeke winning, Regal telling him to hand over the title to him, Zeke telling Regal to fuck off, Zeke face turn, etc.

You think they'd turn Zeke face that fast? Didn't they just do a face turn with Koslov as is?

So what? Zeke doesn't seem to be feuding with Kozlov, and really, Kozlov doesn't seem like much of a face. What has he done to appeal to the crowd? Get kicked out of a stable that they already hated? What makes him a face there?

I don't know, that's my point. I just remember him teaming with Goldust and Tatsu a few weeks ago if memory serves and as we know, the crowd likes Tatsu and Goldust so I don't know what their angle is with Kozlov.

You're right in that he's not much of a face. But one night a few weeks back, IIRC, Kozlov wanted to fight Zeke and Regal wanted to keep the old band around, so Regal, Kozlov & Zeke had a 6-man against Yoshi Tatsu, Christian, and (I wanna say Goldust, but is that right?), and I think Regal and Zeke tried to sneak off on Kozlov, but Kozlov stood up to Regal and tried to attack him or something, but then in the post-match Regal and Zeke double-teamed Kozlov.

That's probably why I'd have to guess they consider him a heel, if the canon of that storyline is to be believed at all. But I still boo the fuck out of Kozlov, I think of him as a heel to this day, and treat Zeke as the hero, because let's face it, Zeke can go in the ring, Kozlov? Not as much as when he first debuted. Still not gonna give two monkey shits about him fighting Christian for the title at the Rumble. Guess I know which match will be my "piss break" match that night at the bar...

Ummm their IS going to be a Diva's Title match that night you know? I swear if it's Maryse vs Eve and Eve wins, I'll be pissed.

Plan before Melina's injury was to have Maryse win back the belt - don't know why they would change that now.

I'd be happy with at least 1 Gail Kim title run, but as we all know, Vince is going to job her out till she leaves again for TNA. :|

Yes, I realize the "Final" of the RAW Divas' Championship tournament will be held then. I dunno, I guess I can kinda see how a lot of people on here view the divas as a waste of TV time, especially on a PPV, but on the other hand, I think it's nice to have the divas come in and do their thing in the middle of the show. A lot are very talented in WWE right now, and plus, I don't know about you, Ermax, but my eyes need a 5-10 minute break out of the rest of the 3 hours being devoted to scantily clad men.

Point taken. If only there were more topless women's wrestling matches.

Last year's Diva match at the Royal Rumble was pretty great, for the record. I will forever love the spot with Beth Phoenix kicking the back of Melina's head with Melina's own foot.

Yes, they use all sorts of weapons and everything else, but. there's also a whole another meaning to 'extreme' when it comes to these lovely ladies, if ya catch my drift...:naughty:
