TNA baby! I can't believe that I'm watching it right now, I think that after 5 years absence I am finally gonna start watching wrestling again.
Hogan/Bischoff and the new TNA = ratings. :shifty:

This has been interesting so far. Young Bucks/MCMG was good. Angelina turning on the BP is kinda shocking. I guess they are going to use the Angelina didnt get any contact from the BP during her absence so she turns on them angle.

Yes!!! That was awesome!!! Welcome back to Nastyville!!! Great lines by the Dudley's in the ring, great beat down by the Nasty Boys!! :y:
I loved it, haven't enjoyed wrestling like this for a long time.

I don't get how the Dudleys are supposed to be one of the best teams in the world, but got beat down by a team that are essentially nobodies. I'm pretty sure the Bushwackers were a bigger threat.

The first match was great, but those high school kids need to get a better team name and drop the gay scarf from their asses. Some great moves though. Remind me of the Hardy's when they first debuted.
Bubba the love spooge needs to go

I hated the Bushwackers in the WWF. Come on, licking heads, gross... They were one bad ass team in the NWA as the Sheephearders.

TNA was great tonight. Much better than anything the wwe has been doing.
The only reason I am interested in the wwe right now is because of Bret Hart.

I would laugh pretty hard if Mick Foley ended up lost somewhere in Cleveland again after getting his ass kicked last week.

Loved the line by Taz "Who are these young bucks?"

This show was much superior to their live show.
Pretty ridiculous though how their PPV is on Sunday and they just made most of the matches THREE DAYS before.
Pretty good show, interested to see what happens Sunday. Still not interested enough to buy it, but hey you gotta start somewhere right?

So is Scott Halls gimmick now suppose to be a drunk or are we suppose to think this is the same old Scott Hall...just fatter.
Also...does anyone think Scott Hall can still do anything decent? It barely looked like he could walk on Impact.

Tomko didn't look as in shape as he was the last time I saw him. May be hanging out with Matt Hardy.

Actually I did, he sounded very unenthused on commentary.

thats the only challange i want to see hall and storm in a drinking one.
good to see double j do the full fledged heel, the problem is bischoff still looks like a heel hanging out with hall an nash.

Also, does anyone think this "big star" they are debuting at Genesis is... John Cena?!
Think about it... first Orton gets the title shot at the Rumble...
Then after that segment with Hogan and Jarrett, Hogan says... "That guy needs an Attitude Adjustment!" blatantly foreshadowing!
The evidence is overwhelming, people!!
(Oh, and if you don't know by now, you should know that 95% of the posts Lock Jaw makes aren't serious)

TNA was really good this week. The opening match was brilliant. Smart booking. Four young, talented guys that you would not have seen anywhere else before. And in case you were wondering where the guys you know are, they appear for a bit on the split-screen, technically sharing air-time with these "young bucks."
I am still hoping that TNA makes the call to bring in Paul London & Brian Kendrick as a tag team. They would be amazing in there with The Motor City Machine Guns and Generation Me. Brian Kendrick or Paul London being the guy who receives the X-Division Title shot at Genesis would be pretty cool -- but I think the best bet is to go with Jeff Hardy, and put the title on him for a bit.
I'm pretty much interested in every storyline going on in TNA right now. I also love how TNA tries to protect guys even when they don't go over. For example: Wolfe managed to beat Samoa Joe, but he got dominated for most of the match, and Joe was hanging on for dear life to that Coquina Clutch right until the end -- looking like a bad-ass.
The mystery acquisition is hopefully Rob Van Dam.
Droford
01-16-2010, 12:35 PM
the mystery acquisition is Simon Dean so he can bring the Simon System to TNA.
