Nah, Cena's more the type to get busted in public for 'roid abuse...only to be kept with WWE while they make a huge storyline out of it and ship Cena over to SD! after a several-month hiatus to become the latest member of Punk, Gallows, and Serena's straight-edge society (SES).

Edit: I'm NOT picking Cena to win the Rumble.
Usually they'll go up after SmackDown!, but since this is the sign up it really should have gone up after the tapings...

I wouldn't worry about Helms getting fired and especially not worry about Jericho. I mean...Jeff Hardy got caught with a bunch if blow, steroids, and god knows what else and WWE still wanted him back. Plus, how instantly credible could TNA become after signing Jericho? it would actually give me a reason to care about TNA.
Rumors has it that Jericho and Helms were trying to outdrink The Great Khali over a bet on the bar tab.
Is Khali the new Andre?
(Without the talent, I mean.)
Khali also called the police on Jericho and Helms when they refused to pay the bar tab and "chopped" them out of the bar onto the street. He paid the tab and called the cops and then laughed his ass off when they got arrested. He also posted their bail.

So apparently Matt Hardy had a hand in this as well, but he ran away like a bitch.
By Ryan Clark on Thursday, January 28th, 2010 at 4:22 PM EST
– As noted earlier, Matt Hardy was among a group of people involved in yesterday’s early morning incident that led to the arrests of Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms. Witnesses told cops Hardy was in a taxi with Jericho, Helms and several others Wednesday morning when Helms allegedly struck three people — including one female. Witnesses say Hardy took off on foot — just like Helms allegedly did — when the cab driver pulled over at a Kentucky gas station and called 911. Helms came back to the scene and was arrested — but Hardy was gone for good. However, police are not pursuing any sort of action against Hardy. As first reported, the female passenger decided not to file charges against Helms over the alleged attack. Both Helms and Jericho were arrested for “alcohol intoxication in a public place.”
