From PWInsider:

TMZ.com, citing Gregory "Hurricane" Helms' police record from his arrest last week in Kentucky, reported that the WWE star was in possession of a single soma muscle relaxer pill when he was taken into custody for public drunkenness.

Helms told the arresting officers he had a prescription for the soma, but did not have one on him. Police did not press charges on him for the possession.

TMZ.com contacted WWE for comment, but did not get a return response.

Should Helms not have a valid prescription that was approved by WWE for the muscle relaxer, he could find himself in violation of the company's Wellness Policy.

Helms was pulled from the Royal Rumble PPV this past weekend, although WWE has made no mention publicly of that decision.

Helms is an asshole.

Even unrelated to this.

He's just one in general.

In related news, Sheamus was found in possession of not one, but TWO Tylenol 3s. Look for the Celtic Warrior to be immediately stripped of the title, sent home, and possibly executed by firing squad.

Helms is in deep shit assuming he doesn't have the prescription. That's the thing here.

Either way, this doesn't look great for Helms. But is it really such a big bullet? I mean, it's a little more "public" than other violations, but it wouldn't be Helms' third strike, would it? Regardless, I don't think we'll be seeing The Hurricane get any sort of push anytime soon. I'd expect him to continue being a bit of an enhancement talent on ECW -- putting over guys like Vance Archer, Ezekiel Jackson, William Regal, Zack Ryder, etc.

The WWE has been fairly high on him in the past, though. He seems like the sort of talent the WWE would not want going to TNA -- even though he won't exactly create a storm for them if he does leave. I mean, Vince apparently freaked out over the possibility of Carlito heading to TNA, and Carlito remains on the WWE roster to this day, despite him not really doing much of anything recently.

I expect Helms to get a bit of the Carlito treatment.
