Isn't the draft after Wrestlemania? I really think that Shelton Benjamin, Matt Hardy, and Christian need to come to Raw as we need new good faces for Live TV. They should send Cody Rhodes and Mark Henry and company to Smackdown eventually. I am even for them sending Cena to Smackdown as his whole main event angle has gotten really old. I am happy that Edge is back!

Abraham Washington: Out to Pasture
Tony Atlas: in a racist gimmick that will never get over. (Saba Simba is making a comeback!)
Ryder: Either in a pair of trunks or a full pair of tights.
Vance Archer: somewhere that he can get his tramp stamp removed.
The bimbo GM of ECW: Under my desk :naughty:
William Regal: As an authority figure or a contender for a title.
Christian: Feuding with someone to set up a title feud.
Yoshi: In a Green Suit so Goldust can ride him to the ring. :shifty:
Goldust: In a feud with the Straight Edge Society. Just picture Punk's Reaction to Goldy.
Shelton: in a feud with the Drew McIntyre
How is that a spoiler?
Anyway I would have Goldust, Yoshi, Archer and Ryder stay in NXT. Christian, Regal, Kozlov and Zeke to Smackdown. Abraham washington, Atlas and Baretta/Croft to Raw.

They should let Christian be a brand rover. Make the ECW title have the same rules as the tag titles.

I’d have Abraham Washington, Byron Saxton, Caylen Croft, Josh Matthews, Rosa Mendes, Savannah, Tiffany, Tony Atlas, Trent Barreta, Tyler Recks, Vance Archer, and Yoshi Tatsu stay in NXT.
Christian, Ezekiel Jackson, Shelton Benjamin, The Hurricane, Vladimir Kozlov, and Zack Ryder to SmackDown
Goldust and William Regal to RAW

My first post in the IWC! I've wanted to be a member for awhile, just never got around to it. Anyway, I'm really hoping that Christian appearing on RAW was a sign of things to come, and having matches with title contenders. I'd also like to see Goldust on RAW. They can always do a Cody Rhodes/ Goldust feud. It looked last year like that could have been on the horizon...but that never materialized. I think Goldust could go back to being edgy, but unfortunately still toned down because of the PG thing. Maybe its because I'm too nostalgiac, but I think Goldust still has a lot to offer the company.

<font color=goldenrod>I don't think anybody is staying on NXT, because the idea is that NXT is all FCW'ers trying to earn a Raw or SD spot in a reality setting. A commercial even said "Season One starts in 2 weeks", so it's in season format.
If anybody DID stay on NXT, I'd guess it would be as part of a "frustration" storyline..."neither Raw nor SmackDown wanted to sign me, so I have to earn my way back here." Maybe Tyler Reks ends up there when Raw and SD blackball him for the airplane incident and they turn it into a storyline? I dunno.
Raw: I'd say Regal and Jackson to Raw, to give Raw a tag team/alliance/whatever. The face Kozlov to Raw to have some involvement with Santino Marella, perhaps another team. I think I'd give Shelton Benjamin another run on Raw now that he's re-established himself...a feud with Miz over the US Title could be good. Vance Archer would probably be better suited for Raw, though I can't see him accomplishing much. If everybody HAS to go to a show, I guess Tyler Reks can just sign with Raw and be used as Superstars fodder.
SmackDown: Let's see...who's left. I'd like Christian to be on SmackDown and possibly get involved with the Edge/Jericho feud...I like Supreme's idea of the ECW Title being a floating belt. I'd send Barreta and Croft to SD, because they'd work better with the speedy guys on that show...and they obviously would accomplish nothing on Raw at this point. Zack Ryder, Goldust, Yoshi Tatsu, and The Hurricane are all guys I want to see on SmackDown just because I definitely think they'd get lost in the shuffle on Raw. I'm sure some in that group are Raw bound, though, so as to keep it from being lopsided. Rosa Mendes to SmackDown to go with Ryder (or Raw if Ryder goes there).
That leaves just the non-wrestlers. I really don't know what the fuck to do with them. Josh Matthews will probably continue to be the backstage interviewer across the board. Maybe him & Saxton can exclusively call the Superstars matches? I dunno. There is pretty much no airtime left for The Abraham Washington show. No idea what they'll do with Tiffany or Savannah.</font>

Tiffany and Savannah may end up remaining on NXT, as they aren't really "in-ring talent," but I'm going to operate under the idea that every single member of the ECW roster will find a new home.
Abraham Washington & Tony Atlas: Move him to RAW, and let him do his current shtick there with Tony Atlas and the RAW Guest Hosts. Atlas could also go back to being in the corner of Mark Henry, and perhaps even MVP.
Byron Saxton: I'd like to see him on one of the big shows as a backstage announcer, but truthfully, they would probably be better off sending him back to FCW to continue to work on his presence as an announcer. I dunno, I like Byron, so if they can fit him in as part of either RAW or SmackDown!'s broadcast team, an on-air character, or even a fill-in commentator from time-to-time, I say let him do it.
Caylen Croft & Trent Barreta: I actually think these two would do alright on RAW. And if they don't, there's a draft coming up. Bring up Penny Cash to be their valet, and add to the Divas Division, and give The Dudebusters a clearly defined gimmick.
Christian: SmackDown! seems like the best place for the ECW Champion. He'd do his best ring work there. He would do alright on RAW, I guess, but RAW sucks, do I'd rather see Christian on SmackDown!.
Ezekiel Jackson & William Regal: He'd be better in small doses on RAW, I think. As long as he continues to get better in the ring. Keep him with William Regal on the show.
Goldust & Yoshi Tatsu: RAW is definitely the place for Goldust. He's so much of a character, his best ring days are behind him, his brother is there, and yeah -- Goldust and RAW are a perfect fit. I'd like to see him continue his team with Yoshi Tatsu, and even though some might think Tatsu would fair better on SmackDown!; I actually think Tatsu's ability to connect with a crowd, and high-flying offense would find him some exposure on RAW.
Josh Mathews: I hope this is not the end of Mathews' announcing career. I'd like to see him do play-by-play on Superstars, working with the color commentator of the brand represented. Josh Mathews & Jerry Lawler and Josh Mathews & Matt Striker would both be somewhat interesting commentary teams, in my opinion. If NXT needs a commentator, I hope Mathews gets to do that, as well. But Mathews serving as a RAW backstage interviewer would be nice. Maybe they could do some angles where either Michael Cole or Jerry Lawler gets taken out from commentary, and Mathews can play the replacement for the night?
Savannah: She seems like a good choice to be the SmackDown! backstage interviewer, in my opinion. Hopefully she continues to work on her ring stuff, as well.
Shelton Benjamin: I am so close to saying RAW, where he could win the US Title again, main event, or something; but I'm going to say SmackDown!. I want to see some great Shelton Benjamin matches again. They've got the best chance of happening on Smackers. I'm imagining Shelton vs. Mike Knox, Shelton vs. Charlie Haas, Shelton vs. Drew McIntyre, Shelton vs. CM Punk, etc. They all make me happy in the pants.
The Hurricane: It depends what they really want to do with The Hurricane. I would move him to SmackDown!, and depending on how pissed off I was at him, use him as an enhancement talent or give him somewhat of a push. It doesn't really matter, as Hurricane would fit either show quite well. It just comes down to numbers and which one would have the most room for him.
Tiffany: While she seems like a better fit for SmackDown!, with Vickie Guerrero over there, it doesn't really make sense for another administrative figure to be there. Put her on RAW as the "General Manager" there, meanwhile you still have the Guest Hosts who "collaborate" with her. That way, there is someone on the show week-in and week-out who is able to keep some sort of continuity flowing.
Tyler Reks: I actually like the idea of him being a guy who stays in NXT, trying to re-earn his spot. He could be fodder on RAW, however, or he could also be a useful addition to SmackDown!. I'd like to see what Michael Hayes would do with his heel gimmick.
Vance Archer: He seems like a RAW guy, but he'd just be lost there, I reckon. Maybe he could be a bodyguard for a heel character, or something, but I dunno. I just don't see it working out there. However, Archer on SmackDown!, working some good big man matches, and being put over as a bit of a beast could really be intriguing. I'd say SmackDown! for tramp stamp.
Vladimir Kozlov: Either as a comedy character, or a series wrestler, Kozlov would fit RAW better. Keep the crap there, I say. Kozlov can team with Santino Marella, which could actually be kind of cool.
Zack Ryder & Rosa Mendes: He could fit either show and find success, but I'd go slow with him and put him on SmackDown!. Rosa could learn how to work better by spending time with Finlay, and Ryder could work some really great matches on SmackDown!.

<font color=goldenrod>I might be in the minority for wanting to see Goldust on SmackDown. I just think him having a mini-program with the Straight Edge Society could be fantastic stuff...Punk bringing up that Goldust clearly has to be on drugs to dress like that, he must be taking illegal medication for his Tourette's, etc.
Based on Punk's promo on Raw, they are searching for a "Minister of Propaganda" or something. They could turn it into a proper search, with Punk deciding he'd like to have the "movie star" Goldust be that person. It could end with Goldust finally being converted and shedding the gold, going back to Dustin Runnels/Rhodes. He can lecture to the crowd about the benefits of being straight edge, much like he would preach to the audience during his heel run as Dustin Runnels in 1998 when he feuded with the immoral Val Venis.
You can have Dustin and Luke be the main tag team of the group, I think they'd be well suited for one another. Punk will be in the World title scene, Serena in the Women's title scene, and another member (Joey Mercury, perhaps?) in the IC title picture. As much as I love the Goldust character, I'd definitely enjoy a heel turn if it were done like this.
And then after WM at some point, a face Cody Rhodes can be drafted over to SmackDown and also get involved...trying to get his "real" brother back instead of this preacher guy.</font>

I'm assuming they'll just keep the annoucers for NXT
Christian, Regal, Tatsu, Jackson, Benjamin, The Hurricane to Smackdown. Maybe Ryder as well.
Everyone else to Raw because I don't like them as much

I'm guessing a few of the ECW wrestlers will be released within a month or so.

So, we have our answer on what will become of the ECW roster. In 2 weeks, everybody on ECW becomes a free agent and can sign with either Raw or SmackDown.
So...you know what's coming...where would you put everybody?
Few things:
1) As I predicted, the WWE would completely waste ECW.
2) For me, I would have both Christian and Shelton Benjamin be on RAW (don't really care about the rest since I don't know anyone else).
3) Move Edge to RAW and have him re-unite with Christian (similar to how DX were all this time....not necessarily tagging with one another all the time, but just have a penis-on-penis association).
I really don't like the sound of this at all. Seems like the rosters on Raw and SD will both be suddenly flooded with extra guys. I guess they could pull some of the guys from TV altogether and then re-introduce them back into the mix slowly rather than dumping 8-10 guys on each brand.

It's not something that I am really dying to see, but the more I think about it, the more I actually like this idea. Goldust has got his little alliance going on with Yoshi Tatsu. Move Tatsu to where you move Goldust, and keep that going. Emphasis is not on tag teams right now, so while they can work together, you can pretty much still consider Goldust & Yoshi Tatsu singles guys, as well.
Joey Mercury is meant to return to be part of The Straight-Edge Society. That could be cool. It would make sense for Mercury to feud with John Morrison, so that draws Morrison into the feud against Punk. So you end up with something like CM Punk, Luke Gallows & Joey Mercury vs. John Morrison, Goldust & Yoshi Tatsu. It would be...interesting. You could also have Morrison and Goldust start bonding over their "Hollywood" styles. I can see the "Morrison and Goldust at the Movies."
If the WWE are interesting in bringing up Curt Hawkins at all (I would be -- he's a good talent, really young, and seems to get the business), then you could have him start feuding with Zack Ryder on SmackDown! (assuming that Ryder moves to Smackers). Hawkins could join CM Punk's Straight-Edge Society, and claim that after Ryder got drafted to ECW, he fell into alcohol, or something. Add Hawkins and Ryder to each side of the face/heel spectrum, with Ryder now playing the rogue in the face group.
It'd be interesting to see "the freaks," Goldust & Ryder interacting. John Morrison & Yoshi Tatsu could bond further by being the most normal in the group. Ryder could get quite over as a reluctant face character, I think. You could then so easily have him turn heel on Morrison when the SES feud is over with.

<font color=goldenrod>That's a very solid idea, as well. I feel as though Goldust will just fall back into comedy segments and squash matches if he ended up back on Raw, which would be a shame since he's really stepped up his game since going to ECW and he's been the best he's been in years. On SmackDown, he can still do the comedy stuff but still be allowed to get a good amount of ring time.</font>
Yoshi: In a Green Suit so Goldust can ride him to the ring. :shifty:
