Who was your favorite Express Tag Team, and why was that moniker so popular in the wrestling world?

Midnight Express gets the check mark from me. More specifically the Eaton/Lane combination. Great tag team psychology, amazing double team moves, and the first team in the NWA to simultaneously hold the U.S. and World Tag Team titles IIRC. Plus with Jim Cornette as their manager and the ability they put on in the ring, the were one of, and still are one of the most respected teams in wrestling.

You are right, Orient. not oriental.

I loved their theme song and even though they were jobbers I still loved them as a kid (They were hotness in the AWA. I think it boiled down to the Ninja like Kato.
