Sean Waltman got injured during the recent Jerry Lynn retirement show. Supposedly he torn something in his butt doing the Bronco Buster to the point the match had to end abruptly but it wasn't severe enough that he had to be rushed to the hospital.

The company also announced that after he wrestles the Necro Butcher on April 5, he will retire.

I suppose NJ didn't want to be seen as another Abdullah the Butcher or Sheik, blading people with sharps until he can no longer walk to the ring. I respect Mr. Young's decision, and it shows he's managed finances well enough where he can opt to step out on his terms. I believe New Jack is a lot more intelligent than he lets on in his wrestling persona.
