Was only a matter of time till they lost it because of how many more games they played compared to the Leafs and them being way too mediocre overall. Might have been able to last till the end of the season if the schedule was more balanced in terms of games played. Metropolitan division being really competitive this year doesn't help either since they probably are going to take both wild card spots left. |
The schedule this year has been so fucking weird. At one point the Bruins had like 6 or 7 games played more than a team like Toronto. Meanwhile, the Leafs for no reason had over a week off in their schedule. Stupid NHL
