This pisses me off maybe more than anything in sports. It doesn't matter how many teams fans there are at an away game, you are allowed to be obnoxious if it's a fucking home game for your team. How the fuck can anybody "take pride" in being like yeah man we went down to Baltimore to see the Red Sox win and we fucked with so many Orioles fans. Go watch your team play at home.

I agree with you, but this guy was trying to start legit fights with the Red Sox fans so this is an exception. We actually chatted with some pretty cool O's fans at the last game and had a good time.

Os fans dont really mind Red Sox fans that much, its the Yankee fans that show up to Camden Yards that piss everyone off.

Ive been to 3 O's/Yankees games at Camden Yards and the Yankees fans were all obnoxious jerks. Conversely though, I went up to old Yankee Stadium about 2 years ago and sat in the RF Bleachers and the fans out there were really actually nice to me and my GF, which shocked me to be honest. Of course the Yankees won 8-0 it was over by the 4th inning so I suppose the felt bad for us...maybe.

The worst is when a Penguins fan shows up at a Capitals game that the Penguins are not involved in at all. "Hey I like the Penguins therefore I don't like the Caps therefore I want the other team to win." People doing this with every sport. I swear I will end up beating the shit out of somebody who does that.

Over the last 3 or 4 years I have made sure to spot a Red Sox fan at every baseball game I have gone to. I have been successful at every game, and only one of those games involved the Red Sox.

I would rather see the Os not even get a lead than to see them blow a 3-0 lead in the 8th and 5-5 tie in the 10th. They've given up at least one run in the 8th inning in every game so far. Of their 7 losses (down 8-5, surely this is loss #7), they've had leads in 6 of them. Its frustrating to see them give the game up late every freaking night.

In most cases it's probably just fans who want to see that park, and happen to be a fan of other teams. Or they're fans who can't get tickets to home games. It's so hard to get multiple tickets to Red Sox games, that a lot of families go for trips to Camden because it's close and cheap.
Like some husband and wife and their 3 kids can't go to a Red Sox game at Fenway because it would be mad expensive and it's impossible to get that many seats together. These people are harmless.
Sometimes they're probably just fans of baseball in general. That's me really. I'm a Red Sox fan, who is going to other parks to see Red Sox and non-Red Sox games this summer.

I don't wear "gear" though, so nobody would probably even know. I don't even wear it when I go to Fenway. I'd also be nothing but friendly to fans of other teams. I'd probably be more interested in learning what they are like than rubbing it in their face.
