Flyers just choked that game. It was in the bag for them.

Jeritron 01-01-2010 04:16 PM

fuck you

Jeritron 01-01-2010 04:17 PM

Bruins rallied

OssMan 01-01-2010 04:21 PM

implying that a 1-0 lead is a sealed victory

YOUR Hero 01-01-2010 05:20 PM

so who won?

YOUR Hero 01-01-2010 05:20 PM

speaking to Clockshot...

ClockShot 01-01-2010 07:19 PM

Bruins in OT.

McLegend 01-01-2010 11:46 PM

Lol Flyers.

Really nice scenery though.

YOUR Hero 01-02-2010 12:33 AM

Did you guys see the Canucks come back and win 4-3 after being down 3-0 ?

Skippord 01-02-2010 01:20 AM

I feel like Craig Anderson should be on the olympic team

LoDownM 01-02-2010 02:08 AM

I dunno Skip. Both Anderson and Quick have been good so far. 3rd spot coulda gone to either one.

Skippord 01-02-2010 03:56 AM

probably my bias

I just thought I heard about Tim Thomas struggling this year so I figured Anderson would get in over him maybe

Evil Vito 01-03-2010 10:49 AM

Nice, Citi Field is under consideration for the '11 Winter Classic

They've also reached out to the owners of the Rangers and Islanders...but NBC apparently isn't thrilled with the idea of having two teams from the same market play in the Classic.

Unfortunately, that probably means it's a stone cold lock the Rangers would get the nod.

Emperor Smeat 01-03-2010 01:49 PM

I think the Rangers have been in the running for a Winter Classic the last 1-2 years so it would make sense to give them a chance next year. While Islanders and Rangers do have some sort of rivalry, NBC wants more of the big name teams or rivalries to be shown for the Classic to generate huge ratings.

McLegend 01-03-2010 01:54 PM

Rangers and Capitals would make the most sense.

OssMan 01-03-2010 03:04 PM

Kinda hate the Winter Classic. Only cold-weather teams get to host it, and the whole concept is kinda retarded to me. Fucking hate the Rangers too

.........kinda need cold weather to make ice son.

OssMan 01-08-2010 06:38 PM

Yeah that is why it is unfair that only certain teams get to host it

LoDownM 01-08-2010 09:34 PM

Only teams that won't get to host one is the 3 teams in Cali, Dallas, Phoenix, Florida, Tampa Bay, Atlanta and Carolina.

edit: Acutally nevermind they did a preseason game outdoors in Las Vegas years ago, every team can technically host one now since they are much better at making and maintaining the ice now then they were back then.

El Fangel 01-08-2010 10:09 PM

Nova Scotia needs a damn NHL team :(

McLegend 01-09-2010 12:21 AM

People don't want outdoor hockey in Phoenix.

Just watching the replay of the leafs game v Buffalo, fucks sakes. How can they be so damn awful? lol

El Fangel 01-09-2010 02:09 AM

Its Toronto man, nothing is possible.

Londoner 01-09-2010 02:17 AM

My mate said they were the richest team in the league? Is that true?

El Fangel 01-09-2010 03:03 AM

Yeah, Toronto fans started the old adage that a fool and his money are soon parted.

Arashi Kage 01-09-2010 11:17 PM

Great goal by the Sedins just now.

Do you think that this is a "fluke" year for the Sedins-Burrows line? I have a feeling that this is one of those years that gets players a huge new contract, then they fail to repeat the performance next season, and none of them will be in the top 10 scoring leaders next season.

For the Canucks sake, I hope this isn't the case. But I just feel this is like the year that Naslund and Bertuzzi were up top, never to see it again. Or like that year that McCabe was scoring goals like crazy on the leafs, then returned to normal.

Skippord 01-10-2010 01:14 AM

solid 11 round shootout win for the Avs today

I still cant believe Henrik is league leader in points.

If Daniel hadn't gotten hurt for 4-6 weeks or whatever it was, I bet he'd have another 15+ points

Londoner 01-12-2010 09:11 PM

Great game between NY rangers/new jersey, so much action despite no goals and its nearing the end of the 3rd.

parkmania 01-12-2010 11:11 PM

OssMan 01-14-2010 11:31 PM
