This was a VHS release from Continental Productions, which was sold via mail order only in 1987 and ran approximately 70 minutes. It included footage of Fritz's 1982 Texas Stadium win over King Kong Bundy and key matches in his sons' careers, including David's 1979 non-title win over Harley Race in St. Louis, Kerry's NWA title win over Ric Flair, Mike's 1983 debut match against Skandor Akbar and more. The tape concludes with a preview of a planned follow-up video which would have included home movie clips of the brothers during their childhood/teenage years. For a number of reasons, including a change in production companies, Mike Von Erich's suicide shortly after the release of Front Row Ringside and Fritz's subsequent decision to sell his interest in WCCW, this second video was never issued. |

Love watching todays big names and veterans back when they started out. Who honestly thought Orton would amount to anything back then when they were airing those clips?

Ah Cody, what happened? |
really great segment with Ric Flair and Fritz Von Erich
Things get heated when Fritz Von Erich accuses Ric Flair of treachery! From WCCW 12/7/82. <iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4P6NL0ZTBoQ?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

A friend of mine introduced me to an old NWA tag team from the late 80's that had somehow gone unnoticed in my years of wrestling nerdism. They were known as The New Breed. They were a tag team who came from the future (2002) to stop Dusty Rhodes from becoming president. He had some videos he got years ago but the youtube stuff on them is sparse. Anyway, I thought the idea of the gimmick was hilarious.
|
They also thought a wrestler with a robot gimmick was an actual robot. A decepticon no less.

LOL
So after he got in a car accident, they explained his absence by him being invisible and then apparently here by him going back to 2002 to be physically upgraded. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/oC54xzRxtbc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> When he returned with a cast on his arm, they decked it out with wires and stuff to make it look like some sort of futuristic upgrade. lol Amazing. |

I wonder what happens if you bring a sign that says "Suck my dick, Kaitlyn" |
I think maybe that's what CK was getting at, Keith.
|
I know, XL.
That's why I gave him an idea as to what sign to bring to a show, XL. Just threw an idea at him, XL. |
a few guys I know worked a show with Goldust and DiBiase this weekend and one of them did the whole "get twatted, have DiBiase shove money in your mouth" schtick :'(

Alright, so there's this cat working the indy circuit who apparently goes under the name "Son of Rey Mysterio".
I wonder if Rey Mysterio Jr knows about this. And I wonder if WWE knows as well. http://i.imgur.com/jlBz1Hn.jpg http://i.imgur.com/Rhp1u2b.jpg http://i.imgur.com/7M3Df5h.jpg http://i.imgur.com/IU37CSK.jpg |
