Fuck cancer. :(
Curry already going off, has 15 points with 5 minutes remaining in the 1st quarter.
Jazz are gonna go 82-0 this year.
Love the interactions of West and Diaw on the Spurs. They seem like old friends.
Live West in general actually. Pacers will be way worse without him.
God damn it
Wooooo Pistons are 2-0. Almost 82-0. Unlike those choking on a weed Utah Jizz.
Blazers whippin New Orleans ass right now up 70-43 at the half.
Celtics win. Gonna be a long year in the city of Brotherly Love.
The Knicks...won? Did I read that right?
The Jazz defence looks scary good. Favors and Gobert are monsters.
Cavs boutta win it all bitch
Rockets fired Kevin McHale and promoted J.B. Bickerstaff as interim coach.
Words can't even describe The Sixers right now.
This is the 3rd year of the tank, and they are worst then ever. Needless to say I'm not as on board with the tank as I once was. |
How many of their past 4 draft picks are even playing?
2
Nerlens Noel who has been injured this year, and Jahlil Okafor who looks good. Even with them this might be the worst Sixers team yet. |
What happened to that Embed of whatever his name is? Is he still injured? I always figured the plan was for one year all the draft picks to start randomly playing and somehow get a Superstar to come to the team (Maybe 2 since they will have a ton of rookie contracts) and try to win it all.
He re-injured his foot at the end of last year and to get surgery on it again. So he is out for the year... Again.
No free agent wants to sign with the Sixers since they are so horribly bad, and look like they will never be good. |
Mavs and Cs both interested in hiring Kevin McHale.
Mavs more as a possible consultant role like last time he was with the team and Cs more as a team trainer for their big guys players. |
So the 76ers hit 27 losses in a row. New record for all major sports here in the states.
I don't know about protocol, but does Adam Silver have the authoritah to force owners to sell their team? It seems like the 76ers owners just don't give a fuck about their team. I mean, how's the attendance? Fans still paying to go see games? |
76ers will be a playoff team next year though.
Yeah I don't think that's happening.
And the attendance is not good. The plan is depending on if they get Ben Simmons next year. If they don't get him then I don't know if this whole plan would be considered a success. |
Kobe retired
Actually he is going to finish the year.
well that sucks...even as someone who isn't a Lakers fan, he still had a great career...absolute hall of famer
Calling him just a hall of famer is insulting. He is in the top 10 players ever at a minimum.
Its pretty sad the 76ers are in that kind of shape. Feels like they are tanking to get the #1 draft pick every year. They had a good young guard to build around in Michael Carter Williams but they traded him away. Felt like the Joel Embied pick was a bust from the start and that Jail Okafor doesn't want to be there. Noel hasn't done anything there either. Just don't think Simmons could come in and make that team any better next year.

Lakeshow. |
Apparently the NBA has some sort of rule that doesn't give assistant or interim coaches wins. Somewhat of an issue this season because of the Warriors undefeated start and their regular head coach being out with an illness the whole time.
Quote:
They should have just named Walton th official head coach with no interim/assistant tag
Then they would have to fire Kerr.
Then hire him back when hes healthy..
Wiz about to hand the Cavs their first loss at home since back in january. |
Sixers are about win their 1st game. Kobe should retire right now. Don't even wait until the end of the game.
The Lakers are bad. |
NBA sorta kinda steps in with this "situation" in Philadelphia. Make former Suns owner Jerry Colangelo Chairman of Basketball Operations and special advisor.
Makes sense considering Philly is a traditional big market and management's been basically making a mockery of the tanking system.
NBA is losing too much potential revenue and the team's tanking strategy has shown no signs of improvement. |
I think GS streak is more impressive when you realize they have scored at least 100 pts in all 23 games.
Warriors got the rare mega status treatment for their game at Boston tonight. Cs added several more rows of seats for fans and some extra stuff for the media because of the game's importance in the Warriors road trip.
Cs haven't done something this special since Lebron's 1st time visiting as a member of the Miami Heat in 2010. |
Boston giving GS a run but Curry just nsiled a deep 3 to give them back the lead by 2 under a minute
Headed to OT |

Steph Curry is gonna have to seriously fuck up or get bad injured to not get the MVP already.
Loving the numbers Dwight Howard is putting up too, Bill Russell type boards. Knicks 4 da title? Krislaps Porschingus yo :y: |
Meadowlark Lemon, the Clown Prince of Basketball, and Harlem Globetrotters legend passed away at age 83.
R.I.P. |
Nets fire coach Lionel Hollins.
Sweet Hassan Whiteside triple double tonight...
19 pts, 17 rebs, 11 blocks |
What's the joke? Was he a fan of the other team?
No man, just did something nice for the fan by putting up some solid numbers.

Ish Smith MVP
Steve Kerr returns to the Golden State bench tonight.
Whether the autopilot gets turned off or not is another question. |
David Blatt has been fired and Tyronn Lue is named the head Coach and given a new contract to reflect this change.
So, what happened in Cleveland for this to occur?
LeBron finally had enough of him? Owner's off his rocker? |
Quote:
Also seems like the GM didn't really like Blatt this year and just wanted for something big to happen to have enough of an excuse for the firing. |
:?:
.............I've got nothing. This is just................I don't know how to describe this. |
Really hope the Cavs make more moves that completely backfire because they feel the need to get a small man lineup to compete against the West.
Jeff Hornacek fired as Suns head coach.
Steve Nash's name was thrown out there as a possible candidate for the job. But he has since said he ain't interested. |
THE KNICKS FIRE DEREK FISHER!
THERE IS A SPORTS GOD! |
:| at the Cs loss tonight
Had a huge lead early (18 pts), blew it before the half, was down huge by the 4th (19 pts), came back to tie it late, and then lost because of a dumb foul with 1 second left. |
7 in a row!!!! Gobert and Favors are a motherfucker of a front court tandem.

It's been a long time since the Slam Dunk contest made me jump out of my season. Then Zach LaVine and Aaron Gordon started competing against each other.
Anybody remotely interested in the All-Star Game tonight?
I expect nobody to play defense, a total of more than 350 points combined, Kobe to score the most points, Kobe to be named MVP, and the West wins. |
I know its the ASG but both teams close to 100 beforevthe half is crazy
Also Sting at halftime of NBA is crazy..
No defense or not, 200 pts would be cool but i think the west going to settle around tge low 190s
31/80 3pt for the west
Shaq Barkley Ernie and Kenny shooting 20 3 pters each Who makes more |
4 away from 200 points.
Seriously, NBA All-Star game is a joke. |
Slow trade deadline day this year. Just a couple of trades with the biggest being the 3 way involving the Cavs, Blazers, and Magic.
Cavs-Blazers-Magic trade: Cavs got Channing Frye from the Magic. Blazers got Anderson Varejao and 2018 1st Round Pick from the Cavs. Magic got Jared Cunningham from the Cavs and 2018 2nd Round pick from the Blazers. |
Most of the experts are blaming the lack of trade deadline movement on the Warriors being so good that most of the teams didn't really see the point of improving for this year.
The Phoenix Suns improved by trading whiny penis Markieff Morris to the Wizards for Kris Humphries, DeJuan Blair, and a first round pick.

ESPN had a segment a few weeks ago about people blaming the Warriors for why ratings were down instead of the fact every year has way too few legit teams as contenders. |
That's pretty much precisely why I can't get into the NBA at all anymore. It's by far the most predictable of the major sports. Most years you can skip right past the regular season and even half of the playoffs and end up with the exact Conference Finals matchup you would have predicated the previous summer.
A lot of purists actually like that about the NBA, how there are so few playoff upsets and allows you to focus on the few contenders every year. But it does nothing for me. |
Fuckin dunk fuckin contest. Fuck. Unbelievable. That over the mascot under the legs shit from Gordon was FUCKING FLAMES.
LaVine half way line half hour also. Sensational. |
Who you guys like tonight. I got detroit,sa,gs and toronto. Laying big points
Apparently a bunch of teams are upset at the Miami Heat over the antics they pulled to get under the luxury tax penalty.
Involved fooling everyone about wanting to go under the tax penalty but finding a loophole to get both Joe Johnson and a tax payout check from the league. Majority of the anger is at the Heat getting another player to waive most of his salary without getting nothing back in return. Because of those antics, Heat guaranteed themselves a $2.6 million luxury check in the offseason and everyone else who followed the tax rules get lower checks as a result. http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/14...al-teams-upset |
Co-Owner of the OKC Thunder is dead after crashing his SUV so hard he summoned a level 9999 fireball.
Shelvin Mack! Been waiting for a decent point guard in Utah since Deron Williams. Jazz are one gane behind Dallas for the final spot.
Jazz beat the Lakers by 48 lol
Yao Ming selected to the Basketball Hall of Fame.
10 people were announced for this year's Hall of Fame class with Shaq and Allen Iverson as the big names revealed.

Sam Hinkie has stepped down as the Sixers GM.
I honestly think it's only a matter of time before the Colangelo family puts in a bid to buy the 76ers.
Knicks considering making Kurt Rambis the full-time coach next season.
RIP Knicks 2016-whenever seasons |
Ugh, Utah are going to miss the playoffs by one fucking game. That's what happens when Raul Neto andTrey Burke are your two fucking point guards 3/4 of the season.
Utah is up right now and Houston sucks. Why do you believe they will miss it?
Houston has the Suns, Lakers, Wolves and Kings left to play and the Jazz are SO inconsistent.
True. Who has the tie breaker? Jazz will go 2 and 2 at the worst. Houston can't win 4 games in a row.. Hell, they may lose to the Suns tonight.
Haha and of course Houston loses at home against the Suns.
Haha amazing. You should feel better now.
Tried to tell you.
Lol tried to tell you!
Haha. Thought they had the tie breaker. Still possible Houston blows it.
Spurs managed to tie an NBA record for most home wins in a season this year.

The Spurs and Celtics reached 40-1 in similar ways. And the Jazz miss the playoffs by one fucking game. Fuck sakes.
Wow at the Cs game tonight. Down 62-38 at the half, then held Miami to just 5 points in the 3rd and end up winning by 10 points.
Had the Hawks won tonight, Cs would have taken the 4th seed and faced Miami but instead took 5th and face the Hawks because of tiebreakers. |
Really hope Kobe does not go scoreless tonight. He is sooo slow now a days.
