Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 07:03 AM

Kinda sick of hearing AJ's theme now, not sick of seeing her face though.

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 07:07 AM

I really don't want to hear from wrestling fans via Tout.

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 07:20 AM

Yesssss Slater. Oh shiiiiit Randy's back.

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 07:28 AM

Love all 4 guys in this tag match.

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 07:48 AM

Lol this is the best Daniel Bryan has ever been.

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 07:57 AM

Don't want to watch Cena vs Big Show really but I want to listen to Punk on commentary.

Skippord 07-31-2012 08:09 AM

Sandow beating the fuck out of Brodus Clay was probably my favorite moment of Raw

love that guy

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 08:18 AM

Lol "you're a baaaaaaaaaad GM"

Skippord 07-31-2012 08:19 AM

AJ's getting a spanking for being such a naughty GM

Skippord 07-31-2012 08:19 AM

#sploosh

Innovator 07-31-2012 08:33 AM

AJ in a power suit = total sploosh.

Corporate CockSnogger 07-31-2012 08:35 AM

I can safely say though that I won't be watching any more live Raws unless something big is planned. The 3 hours is definitely too much and I was fast forwarding through most of it.

Cool King 07-31-2012 08:49 AM

This is a picture of Raw after the show.

You can see Del Rio's car at the right of the stage that he was supposed use, but obviously couldn't because of the fire.

Cool King 07-31-2012 08:50 AM

And if you didn't hear about the fire, then here it is.

http://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...76120897_n.jpg

I'll be reminding you all of this fire again, every 30 minutes throughout the day.

Skippord 07-31-2012 08:57 AM

I'd really like to know what happened with Brock Lesnar and Triple H at Raw 1000

loopydate 07-31-2012 09:00 AM

Forget all that: What does the WWE Universe think about it all?

Skippord 07-31-2012 09:04 AM

let's check tout

That was so odd. I think Sheamus went back to Josh by accident when he should have just walked off so instead of looking like a fool he just said some random shit.

Big Vic 07-31-2012 09:33 AM

Maybe it was some inside joke.

Damndirty 07-31-2012 10:13 AM

The fire, AW's Kobe comment, Orton's return, Punk not going all-the-way heel, some pretty good matches, and the three hours of this made it a very good night. However, the attack of the replays was getting very highly annoying. Hopefully, this is the last time we see it.... hopefully.

Dark-Slicer Diago 07-31-2012 10:20 AM

I liked raw for the most part but like everyones been saying, all those replays got annoying so fast and often that you could(at least I could) that another one was coming before they said "let's take you back...".

Team Sheep 07-31-2012 10:23 AM

I found Raw pretty boring. The street fight and the tag match were pretty decent but everything else felt like a strange episode of Raw. Maybe it was the fire, half of the set being dark and no pyro which just put everything into a weird mood. I had nothing to do today so I stayed up until gone 4am to watch it live. Sitting through all those commercials and replays in the middle of the night was pretty brutal. 3 hour Raw's could be great, I hope they pull their fingers out. I would never have thought that "the biggest event of the Summer" was only a couple of weeks away. The scheduled title matches don't inspire me at all, and Lesnar/Triple H isn't doing anything for me now.

Blakeamus 07-31-2012 10:25 AM

Looks as if A.W. might get the "Mr. Kennedy" treatment.

el bobbo 07-31-2012 10:25 AM

Just like everyone else is saying, Raw was pretty good tonight. I found myself nodding off a couple of times because I couldn't take the repetition, the Touts, or all of the commercials.

I know they're making an extra hour's worth of ad revenue off this 3 hour thing, but if the show went back to the 2 hour format, and they packed all of this into that small of a time frame, I think it would be worth watching live every week.

CSL 07-31-2012 11:10 AM

just checking some bits out and damn, Orton looks awful

SammyG 07-31-2012 08:00 PM

AJ's theme is the worst theme in wrestling

Incorrect.

I don't get why they changed her theme though. I thought the pop-punk sounding thing fit her perfectly.

Lock Jaw 07-31-2012 09:09 PM

They use that theme for random "divas are walking to the ring/warming up for their match after the commercial" moments now.

Savio 07-31-2012 09:28 PM

AJs new theme:

That theme's almost as bad as Layla's :nono:

James Steele 07-31-2012 10:14 PM

If you think about it, it is amazing that fires like that don't happen more often with all the crazy shit they do with pyro now (especially at WrestleMania and PPVs).

James Steele 07-31-2012 10:15 PM

I'm really glad RAW got its own set. I used to love how every TV show and PPV had their own unique sets. Since the HD transition, they all look the same except for the big PPVs and even they all have that stupid curvy entrance ramp monitor.

My hope of Punk being just an awesome new-age tweener is over. He's definitely full-on heel now. His comments about Cena and Show both being losers only for AJ to come out and make in a triple threat and his angry reaction to that are complete heel actions.

Didn't some fans catch fire at WrestleMania a few years ago? Then there was the Undertaker incident. There's a shit ton of meticulous preparation for the pyros and stuff to prevent it. But crazy shit like that is gonna happen on occasion. Especially since this is a new set.

I just wish they paid as much attention to detail on a weekly basis with the storylines.

Team Sheep 07-31-2012 10:27 PM

I bet they forgot to configure the pyro for the new set and just set it up the way they've been doing for Raw the last few years. Could be an easy mistake to make with Smackdown still keeping the old set :$

Wow that is terrible.ok, worst theme in the wwe

DaVe 08-01-2012 07:00 AM

That does make sense, Sheep.

As a whole, I really enjoyed the Raw, but I skipped the ads and repeats for the most part. If they can eliminate the replays then they'll do well.

parkmania 08-01-2012 03:46 PM

My thoughts:

1) I'm really hoping Daniel Bryan ends up wrestling Little Jimmy sometime soon - maybe next week as a precursor to "committing" him.

2) After a couple "really good" (relatively speaking) Raws in a row, this week seemed like the writers/agents are back to the same-old formulaic crap they've been spewing for years.

3) If they ARE going the route of having DBD committed, I really hope there's a Benny Hill chase sequence and not just a "bring a bunch of guys in white coats" haulaway.

4) Until the last couple seconds with Punk in her face, AJ seems to have completely wiped away any trace of the indecisiveness/craziness/fun-lovingness she's had for the entire time she's been in WWE. It's really jarring to me.
