It's baffling that a team with so many offensive weapons makes me audibly say "ah shit" whenever they get inside the 20 yard line. But still, a lot would have had to go right to come away with a win against that Denver team. No pass rush - no chance.

Again the good news is that the entire division looks iffy, so there's plenty of time to sort shit out. But in all honesty, both sides of the line have looked SO bad. This could finally be the year the Giants just flat out suck.

That's not me trying to be pessimistic Vito Cruz, either. The reality is this team hasn't had a losing season since 2004. Despite missing the playoffs 3 out of the last 4 years, they've still been a lot more consistent than most teams in the league - and I'll always be grateful for 2 Super Bowls in a 4 year span. But it's really hard to stay at that level for such a long time without having to take a step back and recharge every few years. Just look at the Steelers who seem like they'll be in the same boat.</font>

It is gonna be a long season for us Steelers Fans. Yikes. Although with how weak I see the North this year they may still have a shot at division even at 0-2. Just need even a little bit of an offense. The Defense still doing it's job. If the offense could score 21 points would win almost every game. I just don't know if that offense is even capable of averaging that this year. Awful Performance the first 2 games. Ben will be knocked out by week 10 at this rate.

Falcons lose starting FB and DE for the year, Sean Weatherspoon just got put on temp IR, Asante Samuel and Roddy White are both playing hurt off and on, and Steven Jackson's injury is still an unknown. Probably going to start seeing these UDFA LBs get some major playing time, along with the rookie corners. Tough treading early.

Can someone pickup John Conner? Please? Why isn't he playing somewhere?

I know a lot of Falcons fans have brought Conner up as a replacement, but I have no idea what the Falcons will do. FBs certainly aren't important in the NFL anymore, but Ewing had looked really promising for the Falcons. Second year in a row going on IR early...not sure how much more time the Falcons are willing to give him before they give up on him.

We really need to come up with an answer foe teams that are similar to us. We have a hard time going up against teams with very similar styles of play. Also though, Seattle is a very hard stadium to play at. I feel like the Seahawks are a good team but when they play the 9ers they elevate themselves to like the best team ever.

Did anybody get credit for a defensive touchdown for the broncos for the punt return? I thought they counted those now for Ds?
