Either the Steelers are sick and tired of their players getting to shit with the police, or Art Rooney is starting to run the team his way.
The woman Holmes supposedly threw the glass at is gonna press charges. And the D.A. in Georgia is gonna announce today that no charges are gonna be filed against Roethlisberger. How much longer does Big Ben got in the Steel City if keeps this shit up? |
If Big Ben's wigger ass is dumb enough to be in this situation again, he might be fucked aka they won't cover it up next time.

personally I think a lot of the whole personal conduct thing is stupid if Ben wants to be shithead, let him be a shithead |
Brandon Marshall to Miami :wavesad:
|
No comment.
|
I'm for it. Marshall obviously needed to go, for both professional and personal reasons, and getting 2 2nds is great in return. Anyone expecting a 1st was delusional. Is he worth that much? Easily. But it's damn near impossible to justify it when in the same offseason Boldin goes for a 3rd(?) and Santonio Holmes, the Super Bowl MVP a year ago, goes for a 5th.

LOL Jerry Jones

So if things happened the way the Big Ben Accuser says, ben is a fucking rapist beyond Mike tyson levels.
|
Ted Ginn + family to the 49ers for a late round pick
|
Wow. Marshall ran him out that fast? Or they trying to dump everyone from the Cameron year?
In other news, Jerry Rice sucks at golf. |
There were rumors of them wanting to trade him for a while now, Marshall just sped it up. Parcells originally offered Ginn and a 2nd for Marshall. McDaniels said no and got another 2nd instead. Hell of an upgrade there
|
Also, no team will care how talented a WR is if he can't catch the damn ball.
Surely you remember Darius Watts |
Schedule gets released at 7pm, but it was leaked the Thursday Kickoff will be Vikings @ Saints, and one of the MNF Football games will be Bears vs Bills in Toronto.

Correction: Bears/Bills in Toronto is 11.7.10 which is a Sunday.
whoops |
Steelers get Byron Leftwich from the Bucs for a 7th round pick this year.
Definately a contingency plan move, since Roethlisberger is gonna be suspended for x amount of games. |
Ravens 2010 Schedule
1 at New York Jets 7pm MNF 2 at Cincinnati Bengals 3 vs. Cleveland Browns 4 at Pittsburgh Steelers 5 vs. Denver Broncos 6 at New England Patriots 7 vs. Buffalo Bills 8 Bye 9 vs. Miami Dolphins 10 at Atlanta Falcons 8:20 pm TNF 11 at Carolina Panthers 12 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 13 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers 8:20 pm SNF 14 at Houston Texans 8:30 pm MNF 15 vs. New Orleans Saints 16 at Cleveland Browns 17 vs. Cincinnati Bengals Im calling 11-5 at worst. They should beat Denver, Buffalo, Miami, Atlanta, Carolina, Tampa and Houston, Cleveland twice, Cincy and Pittsburgh. NYJ, New England and New Orleans are the only games Im doubtful of. |
Nice, opening up the new stadium with the same way Giants Stadium ended - a home game against the Panthers.
Glad the road game against Minnesota isn't the last week of the year yet again. Manning Bowl II is prime time...no big shocker there. D better have gotten its shit together next year playing against the AFC South. |
Thanksgiving game. Nice
|
Wow 5 prime time games for the Jets.
|
Bengals schedule is hard as fuck.
I know the schedule is fair and I couldn't think of a better way to do it, but it sucks when you have the AFC North where the top 3 are basically even and the rest of the AFC divisions are dominated by one team. So whoever wins the North has to play Indianapolis, New England, and San Diego the next season and is pretty much screwed. |
Worthlessbooger gets 4-6 game suspension but it could be reduced "based on Roethlisberger's behavior and compliance with clinical evaluators" which basically means if he serves more than 2 games of it I'll be surprised since the Steelers will force him to do whatever the NFL asks him to and he'd have to be a total dumbass to screw up again between now and the start of the season.
They traded for Leftwich who was the backup in 08 when they won the SB, so no Dennis the Menace this time. |

I think it is far more likely they start the kid they are high on and not the former number two they let walk to keep Dixon |

I have them at 9-7
|
Last years team would handle everyone but Dallas/Minnesota/New Orleans/SD, but this years team is going to be radically different so its hard to say.
|
Did it last year, I'll give it another go.

Who's the fastest player in the draft? Spiller?
Whoever it is, pencil them in for the Raiders, regardless of logic. |
Cards 12-4? With Leinart at QB? please.
also lol @ Big Ben |
Steelers are shopping Roethlisberger to the teams with the first 10 picks in tomorrow's draft.
Think the Raiders will bite? I'd Bet the Redskins would do it, but since they got McNabb... |
