INTERCEPTIONS EVERYWHERE

Emperor Smeat 12-28-2015 12:32 AM

According to reports, both the NFL and MLB have started investigations regarding the recent roids report and the alleged players so far revealed.

In regards to the NFL, what caught them by surprise the most was the supposed type of roids Peyton was using and/or being ordered for his wife. Either they were unaware about it before or about players possibly using it since it probably doesn't get detected in the current roids testing.

Clay Matthews seems to be exonerated at the moment since the stuff listed he supposedly was taking is legal by NFL rules.

Mike Holmgren rumored to be interested in the 49ers head coaching job if its made avaliable this offseason. Had the chance to coach the Raiders this season before the team went with Jack Del Rio instead.
Quote:

Robert Klemko of MMQB.com reports that former Packers and Seahawks HC Mike Holmgren has expressed interest in the 49ers head-coaching job.

Dave Softy Mahler points out that Holmgren has been “very open” about his interest in returning to the 49ers, and mentioned that he would talk with them regarding an opportunity if they were interested.

ClockShot 12-28-2015 07:33 PM

If Holmgren stuck around he probably could have had the Browns job and fixed that mess up real good.

But San Fran is his stomping grounds. Gonna be hard to turn down if the Niners offer the job to him.

But, I can see him not taking it. If guys like Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden, and Tony Dungy don't wanna go back, I can easily see Mike Holmgren not coming back to the game.

Bengals winning g the AFC and losing in the Superbowl. Going to be amazing.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-29-2015 01:29 AM

At least his hot wife will be popular again if that happens. All roads lead to New England after they trounce the Dolphins though.

ClockShot 12-29-2015 04:12 PM

Jags decide to not wait until Black Monday and will keep head coach Gus Bradley around for the 2016-17 season.

Mercenary 12-29-2015 07:26 PM

And Chip Kelly is gone from Philly

McLegend 12-29-2015 07:37 PM

Holy shit

I didn't see it coming.

McLegend 12-29-2015 07:38 PM

I mean he shouldn have been fired, but I didn't think it would happen.

Emperor Smeat 12-29-2015 07:40 PM

Did he also get fired as the GM or just as a coach?

ESPN only mentions he got booted as their coach on their website.

ClockShot 12-29-2015 07:46 PM

Woooooooooooooooooow. I think most of us knew it might have been coming. But I was expecting this at the end of the season.

He made all these moves, and shoved his Oregon offense down the Eagles throat. And it simply just......didn't.........work.

So, what to do now with these cogs in the machine? Sam Bradford, DeMarco Murray, Kiko Alonzo, Ryan Matthews, Darren Sproles, etc. Someone else is gonna come in with their own system and some of these guys might not be a part of it.

He's out entirely.

McLegend 12-29-2015 07:51 PM

I wouldn't go after Chip Kelly if I was The Titans.

I know Chip the GM doesn't work, and I don't think Chip the coach works well either.

Classic. =)

ClockShot 12-29-2015 08:00 PM

Andy Reid is probably laughing right about now.

McLegend 12-29-2015 08:01 PM

I still wouldn't want Andy Reid back.

Glad he's doing well though.

SlickyTrickyDamon 12-29-2015 08:15 PM

That stupid shit about looking at the sideline after every play? Da fuck was that about? Coach your players to be able to read the defense and plan accordingly. Won't learn from just taking orders. The full relationship is over I was right Ruien. I doubt they offered him his diminished coach job back. Gonna be sitting pretty in Miami once they release PC Principle

Hey Steve Smith is gonna play another year in Baltimore. Someone who can catch!

At least you know who is king of the division, seeing as you put as usual in there.

Droford 12-31-2015 03:16 PM

King of the Division, joke of the playoffs

Ruien 12-31-2015 03:26 PM

Just takes that 1 win to get over that hump. Even without Dalton beating the Jets or Chiefs is doable. If Dalton comes back the week after that no reason they will lose to Denver.

Frank Drebin 12-31-2015 04:40 PM

Crazy:

The last time Peyton Manning dressed but did not start was when he was a freshman at Tennessee. The starter for that game? Future Colorado Rockies 1st baseman Todd Helton.

ClockShot 12-31-2015 06:59 PM

Colts are gonna let Chuck Pagano walk away at the end of the season.

Emperor Smeat 01-02-2016 09:29 PM

Dolphins fired GM Dennis Hickey after just 2 years with the team. Also expected to fire interim coach Dan Campbell soon.

ClockShot 01-02-2016 09:30 PM

Eagles begin their coaching search by interviewing former NFL runningback Duce Staley. He's currently the Eagles RB coach.

Damn, he retired back in 2007. Could have sworn he was around longer.

McLegend 01-03-2016 12:51 PM

Watch The Eagles score 48 points today.

Simple Fan 01-03-2016 01:01 PM

Josh Freeman starting for the Colts today, damn.

McLegend 01-03-2016 01:12 PM

And Demarco Murray runs for 51 yard TD down the middle of the field. Can't make that stuff up.

McLegend 01-03-2016 01:22 PM

OMG I hate every Eagles receiver.

ClockShot 01-03-2016 01:40 PM

Jimmy Haslam is gonna fire Browns coach Mike Pettine after the game today.

Shit, if I knew that was gonna happen, I'd put down the headset, go clean out my office, and go home.

But you love the Giants inability to cover a seam route

Innovator 01-03-2016 01:45 PM

And their tackling

McLegend 01-03-2016 01:47 PM

And their play calling in the red zone

Simple Fan 01-03-2016 02:31 PM

Tyrrell Pryor just made a great catch for the Browns.

It's baffling

Evil Vito 01-03-2016 03:14 PM

not that I like losing to the Eagles but I'd still rather see the Giants play in London against the Rams next year than have to go into Seattle
