Also, Prince is beasting this series.
4/5, R, 2B, HR, 3 RBI Friday 2/3, R, HR, 1 RBI, BB Saturday 1/2, R, 2B, 1 RBI, BB so far today .700, 3 runs, 2 doubles, 2 HR, 5 RBIs, a pair of walks... dirty. He had a HBP today and I think another one earlier in the series (I couldn't catch the other 2 games), announcers were saying he's reached base 11 times this series. Pretty ridic. crossrine |
love Prince
glad he's out of Milwaukee (which is Algonquin for "the good land") so I can root for him |

Mets/Rockies are likely to have a few cancellations this week because of more snow. Could lead to the Mets basically losing most of their remaining off days for later in the year since they only head out west a couple other times.

Damocles of the Dodgers
Posted by Paul on April 15, 2013 | Short Link The following text was transcribed word-for-word from tonight’s broadcast of the Padres at the Dodgers game, top of the 2nd inning. Pitcher Chad Billingsley is on the mound, the opposing pitcher, Eric Stults, is at the plate. Vin Scully, calling the action. Quote:

Lets see what kind of record the Cubs can set tonight. Most errors in one game might be in play.

You know, I take big issues with players getting caught while DUI'ing, and MLB does nothing to them. Cabrera last year, Helton and now Gallardo this year. The media vilifies players who test positive for PEDs and they receive suspensions and pay cuts, but guys who legitimately put others lives at risk because they think they're okay to drive drunk, and when they caught, get no form of punishment or negative portrayals from neither MLB or the media.
It's fucking bullshit. |

I wonder if Ian Kennedy would be doing what he's doing as a Yankee.
