anyway all this started because I said Jenas for boro, he's not even that good a player, now like any good fisherman knows, you have to throw the little tiddlers back so packt up and TL get yourself back in the pond, i'm done with both of you on this matter!

Ogen 08-09-2005 03:57 PM

God enough of the retarded Boro - Newcastle argument. Neither of you are doing anything this year and Newcastle are a far bigger side.

Rob 08-09-2005 05:43 PM

You know what gets me about Newcastle? How everyone goes on about how their fans "deserve sucess". How the hell do they deserve anything or deserve more than fans of say Hull, Rotherham or Plymouth? They deserve what they get. Fuck all.

Don't know how Newcastle are any bigger than Boro. Nobody outside the North East of England gives a toss about either :p

Chavo Classic 08-09-2005 05:46 PM

is that Everton I see losing 2-1? Don't worry boys, you can come see the European Cup displayed all so beautifully in our trophy room.

Yeah I'm not a fan of that deserving stuff. All I'll say is that Newcastle fans are some of the most loyal but then so are alot of other teams fans.

And FUCK YOU :p

Dazz 08-09-2005 06:24 PM

I can't believe Pompey got anything for De Zeeuw

Admit it Owen, he is shit.

Wengerland 08-09-2005 07:03 PM

David Connolly you little genius

Could be recalled to the Ireland squad.

Bollocks. Back in the old first division before promotion to the top league, you guys couldn't fill St James. So don't give us that old bullshit. It's the fucking same with Leeds United. Now they're in the Championship, Elland road looks half empty everyweek even though their fans claimed the same "we're the loyalest fans". Surprising how the number of fans turning up at Rhinos and Tykes games has increased though.

Face it, football fans are fickle. I guarantee if Liverpool were relegated, then I wouldn't have so much trouble getting hold of tickets every weekend.

Londoner 08-10-2005 09:00 AM

LOL, Doink, your ridiculous. Did you not see the part 'newcastle are perhaps the biggest club in the north east?"

And now iot's time to slice your argument up till it no longer exists, you said:

"The best team in the northeast by far last year was not newcastle, sunderland or boro, it was hartlepool."

HA, you are talking about the best team where as i am talking about the biggest club. There is a huge difference between the two. if you want to say who the best team in the north east last year, the newcastle would be last on the list. But that is not part of my argument, Newcastle may not have the BEST TEAM but we are still the BIGGEST CLUB in the north east. If boro or sunderland have a success over a period of time that gets past what weve done, then they will be bigger clubs than us, but so far they haven't done that.

You also said:

"Yet again I have to tell you it doesnt matter what your team did back in the day as it has FUCK ALL to do with how good they are now!"

And yet again i'm telling you it does matter, fuck sake.Best team/big club are two different things that your getting confused with .

You also said:

"So acording to this, winning a trophy is not exciting. Is this even an english artical? are you even english? Do you support newcastle based on this artical???"

I have supported newcastle for ten years you stupid retard. How does that article say that winning trophy is not exciting?Funny you should say i'm not english when you can't even spell properly.

Packt up was talking shit. You do have to be successful to be a truly big club.People get mixed up between 'best teams'/'big clubs' too much.

I'm pretty sure liverpool fans would still turn up.But your right football fans are fickle, i don't think i'm one of those though. Look at what Newcastle have been through these last ten years and then try saying i'm not loyal. If i could get a season ticket i would, but it would take forever for me to get one because the season ticket waiting list is so fucking long.

Also i heard the leeds utd ticket prices have gone up by 25%, so that could explain why. What a dumb move to make when your in the championship.

Its all to do with how successful the history is between the clubs. And i think your wrong on that statement that no one gives a shit about Newcastle, in another forum i go on a few people have said we are the most interesting club in the EPL.

Ogen 08-10-2005 09:28 AM

Interesting as in it being hilarious to laugh at how deluided your fans are.

Londoner 08-10-2005 09:33 AM

Ogen, could you explain why i am deluded?Do you retards even read what i say? How is me saying we have a shit team now being deluded? How is me saying our chairman is a criminal being deluded? We are a big club whether you like it or not. Funny how we are always mentioned in the same list as man utd/arsenal/chelsea/&liverpool. Don't forget we had a period of dominance in the 50's. Then liveerpool took over, then arsenal and then man utd and now chelsea. that is why were always mentioned with those clubs.

Wake up to the real world you stupid retards.

Erm no, a sports interactive forum actually. And now you realise you've lost the argument you want to stop, how typical and fickle of you.

Londoner 08-10-2005 11:17 AM

And if you are 'done with this matter' then why did you just reply again?

Mr. Monday Morning 08-10-2005 11:26 AM

I can almost guarantee we'll have a higher average attendance than Wigan this year. Because Wigan are a small club

25000+ last night

Firstly, I've lost no argument as you are a prick who doesnt understand anything so I gave up trying to educate you.

Secondly, there are more interesting things happening in the world of football other than you thinking that you support a big team, an example of this is:

Francesco Coco's proposed loan switch to Newcastle United has been scrapped.

The Internazionale defender has been training with Graeme Souness's side and even figured in the pre-season friendly with Yeading.

Souness ran the rule over the Italian with a view to completing a long-term loan agreement with Inter.

However, United were unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion to their negotiations and the left back is scheduled to return to Milan.

 now fuck off :foc:

also in other news, Liverpool's Sami Hyypia has agreed on a new contract with the European champions.

Bolton are in talks with Fiorentina playmaker Hidetoshi Nakata.

Ok so a player didn't come to us, so what?Babayaro is good enough, coco was just being brought in for back up in that position.

You are a complete fucking retard if you think we aren't/never were a big club, and have made yourslef look like a total fucking idiot and i'm sure everyone is aware of that.

You trying to educate me?What a joke.Find me something that says Middlesborough are a bigger club than newcastle(an unbiased article that is) and then you'll have some evidence to back up your opinion, but as of now thats all it is AN OPINION. Atleast i've backed my opinion up, now its your turn, but let me guess, your going to drop out of the argument because you can't find anything, right? Go on. Find the article you fucking prick.

Ever heard of a typo?I'm done with you now until you find that article.

Doink 08-10-2005 01:00 PM

TL i as done with you about 26 replies ago!

Now stop spamming up the boards with this pointless shite, we all get it, you think newcastle are a big club and have produced an artical that says they probably are.

So fuck, noone but you cares, if you want to continue this then do it by PMing me and we can carry it on from there otherwise leave this thread to get back to talking about football and not just newcastle or boro ok? thank you .

Fulham forward Steve Marlet could be set to continue his career in Germany as Wolfsburg are keen to lure the former French international to Die Bundesliga.

Newcastle have also ended their interest in Anelka, Newcastle have now decided to drop their interest in Anelka after being put off by Fenerbahce's stand to keep him.

thats not a piss take by the way TL, i'm just reporting the news.

Londoner 08-10-2005 01:16 PM

I just said i'm done with you unless you give me evidence to support your opinion, you havent even done that yet.And yet you still continued to attack me.You expect me to shut up when you are trying to provoke a reaction? If you wish to continue this debate in pm then go ahead, just make sure you have evidence to back your opinion up before you do.

You were taking the piss earlier though, don't deny it. It's so obvious. If you report news properly like that then thats the better way to do it.

As for the article, Anelka was always a surprise to me since he had only been at fenerbache for a few months.

Doink 08-10-2005 02:21 PM

earlier I was taking the piss, i'm man enough to admit that! Anelka is a waste of space, you will be better off without him. Joseph Job is for sale if you wanna buy him haha!

Doink 08-10-2005 02:28 PM

I cant wait for saturday people, not only is it the big kick off in the premier league but it is also Bolo Zendens return to the riverside!

I think he will be another Ziege and chicken out everytime we play his team, I dont know why tho as he will get a decent reception as we all knew he was only on a 1 year contract and most fans expected him to leave anyway.

What is everyone else looking forward to this saturday ??

Doink 08-10-2005 03:04 PM

Jose Mourinho and Ashley Cole have both lost their appeals against the Premier League's 'tapping up' verdict, but have seen their fines reduced.

After a hearing in central London, Mourinho and Cole saw their guilty verdicts upheld but both had their fines cut to £75,000.

That signifies a major reduction for Chelsea boss Mourinho who was initially hit with a £200,000 sanction.

Cole has had his financial punishment reduced by 25 percent having originally been ordered to pay £100,000.

"In regard to the appeals by Ashley Cole and Jose Mourinho, the Premier League appeals committee has reminded themselves of the evidence in both cases and received submissions from the respective legal representatives," read a Premier League statement.

I'm looking forward to buying a programme from the same old fat guy on the way to the ground. I'm looking forward to going into the same old turnstyle and saying "alright?" to the old guy in the turnstyle even though i know he never replies. I'm looking forward to going up the stairs and seeing the pitch and players warming up as you get to the top :'(:'(!!!!!

I'm looking forward to saying hi and smiling at the stupid old bitch and her husband that sit behind me that I hate. I'm looking forward to the fat kid and his mate that sit next to me. I'm looking forward to the fat kid and his dad with two different coloured eyes that sit infront of me. I'm looking forward to the odd bald guy who sits next to my mate and always makes fun of how my mate dresses.

I'm looking forward to the little kid and his mum who sit infront of me, who always turns around and looks at me to work out the words to the songs we're singing and makes me feel really uncomfortable when i shout the word "cunt".

I'm looking forward to Joe Jordan walking down to our corner to put cones out and me and my mate clapping him and him turning around and going "thank you" and me and my mate going "Joe Jordan just said thanks to us "

I'm looking forward to making fun of this little fat kid with a head like a potato who sits near us, with my mate. I'm looking forward to the same shitty pre match music

 There's a kid like that where I sit, his parents always give me and my mates dodgy looks when we hurl abuse at the ref or players yet its ok when the husband does it 2 minutes later. whats that all about?

Im looking forward to seeing the steward that looks like joey boswell from the 90's TV programme bread. The poor guy gets hammered every game.

Im also looking forward to seeing which one of the lads that sits next to me breaks the seat infront of them first, Its guareented that one of them does it every year and it doesnt get fixed for a few months so the guy who's seat it actually is has to sit on a broken seat for months, yet never says anything about it.

So now whenever we sing anything with a swearing in, her kid looks at us and joins in and she just looks horrified then laughs :$

I'm more worried about pissing off a steward but the steward who is normally near where we sit is cool with us and talks about the team before the game starts </font>

Not saturday but on sunday i'm looking forward to newcastle beating arsenal... that was a bad joke i know.:(

Rob 08-10-2005 07:25 PM

The only reason people say anything about Newcastle is because their fans and the media are always crying about how 'King Al' and his servents couldn't pull a championship out of their arses.
