DEAL?

I don't really hate the Jets either, I'll root for them if they're not playing the Giants. I'll take up your offer though. No big deal whether I win or lose. When its not football season I can never find an avatar anyways. :$

Before I comment, you don't live near KC do you?

Machine's got hands.

No, I don't

In my opinion though, I don't feel much against KC or SD. It's really just Oakland for me. Maybe others don't like KC or SD, but I just don't care for them either way.

BCWWF 09-28-2005 06:47 PM

I'm just saying that being near KC with a lot of KC fans, that is probably their biggest rivalry, and KC is easily one of the top NFL cities out there. Maybe it's not like a huge deal, but they definately get up for conference games, and Denver is the closest. I've noticed kind of a Kansas and Colorado thing going on, but I dunno.

OssMan 09-28-2005 07:00 PM

BCWWF, folks.

RP 09-28-2005 10:04 PM

Since World War II, only five teams held their first three opponents to single digits on the scoreboard. The 2005 Colts just became the sixth and, if they can do it to the Titans in Tennessee next week, they'll join the 1962 Green Bay Packers as the only teams to achieve that feat in their first four games.

Gonzo 09-28-2005 10:11 PM

I wonder who keeps statistics like this? They are the most meaningless facts ever. I hate especially when announcers bring up stupid shit like this during games, nobody actually cares.

The Icon of Elisim 09-28-2005 10:26 PM

Awesome, I'm sure the record books will also take note of the blistering offenses of the 2005 Browns and Ravens

Supreme Olajuwon 09-29-2005 12:39 AM

The Bengals were the first team in 35 years to have back to back 5 INT games. Get out of here with your stats.

RP 09-29-2005 12:54 AM

If i was Billy Volek, I would demand a trade to the Jets. That guy would be a great Jet QB.

BCWWF 09-29-2005 01:00 AM

The Vikings are the first team in NFL history to start 0-2 and go on to win their final 13 games and then the Super Bowl.

road doggy dogg 09-29-2005 01:11 AM

The Vikings are the first team in NFL history to start 6-0 and miss the playoffs.

Note: I don't know/care if they in fact ARE the first/only team to do so, but it is ROFL that they did nonetheless.

RP 09-29-2005 01:18 AM

I could be way off on this , but didnt Don Magickowski win a playoff game against the Lions one year?

RP 09-29-2005 01:21 AM

Remember when Morningwig declined the ball in over time.

road doggy dogg 09-29-2005 02:32 PM

Remember when making fun of the Lions was about as upsetting as picking on kids in the special olympics?

ok...

How bout this... Manning hasnt been sacked at all this year

The Icon of Elisim 09-29-2005 03:12 PM

And Manning also has 10 more attempts throwing than Edge has rushing

Rain Man 09-29-2005 07:20 PM

Wait how does Cadilliac have the record with 453 didn't Kevin Jone have a 1000 yard season his rookie year?

The Icon of Elisim 09-29-2005 07:33 PM

453 through the first 3 games, not a full season

Gonzo 09-29-2005 07:33 PM

It is something like most yards by a rookie RB over their first 3 games. Stuff like above, stupid, meaningless statistics.

OssMan 09-29-2005 09:32 PM

Giants and Jets agreed on new stadium in Meadowlands :(

Gonzo 09-29-2005 10:04 PM

The Jets need to get their own shit. Faggots.

He's still gonna break the record anyway.

Whats your point? What would you expect from the Colts? Marty ball?

Oh btw smart guy. Manning is 18th in attempted passes. 87 total.

Oh yeah no doubt. I believed out of him and Ronnie Brown he would turn out to better at least in his rookie year. Nothing runs better than a Caddie. Thats such a pimp name.

The Outlaw 09-30-2005 03:46 PM

I dunno, Ronnie Brown is a load.

The only thing I was trying to point out was that these stats don't impress anyone and mean shit all

VonErich Lives 09-30-2005 07:20 PM

So, a top "stroke specialist" told Ted Bruschi he wouldn't increase his risk of a relapse if ht played football. Aperently he had a hole in his heart and they put some device in. Bruschi and the team has said a few times he's not playing this year, however they put him on the injured list that would allow him to return after week 6. Now when asked he says "no comment".

If he wants to and is medically clear, I'd be happy to see him back, I just don't want another Reggie Lewis.

BCWWF 10-01-2005 01:06 AM

Cadilac was better in college, Ronnie is just the typical example of a guy who had a good combine. I'm not saying that Ronnie wont be good or better, but based on college standards Cadilac was the better player.

el fregadero 10-01-2005 02:42 AM

Gonna be tough having a better season than Carnell when he's backing up Ricky.

Nothing personal and i understand what you are saying. I just like to post stuff like that every once in a while to ruffle some feathers. Thats all.

I honestly thought that defensive stat was pretty amazing seeing as tho Indy has notoriously been lacking in defense and everyone says thats whats keeping them from the Superbowl. So i posted it.

road doggy dogg 10-01-2005 05:55 AM

Indy sux

Yeah it is not as bad as Oakland/Denver but its pretty bad

Mr. Monday Morning 10-02-2005 04:00 PM

Not writing the Pats off by any means but wow...that was unexpected.

The Outlaw 10-02-2005 04:09 PM

What the fuck. How did they overturn that Detroit touchdown? Fucking pathetic.

Kris P Lettus 10-02-2005 04:11 PM

DEUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE

Who Dat??

Gonzo 10-02-2005 04:13 PM

8 minutes and change left in the Giants/Rams. Plaxico went crazy today. Solid win, despite the fact our secondary is pretty weak.
