And I just checked, strength of schedule game is the Patriots, and we play the South conferences. Which means we play the Colts.

Sucks.

ClockShot 04-14-2016 06:09 PM

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand the Super Bowl rematch of Carolina vs. Denver is your season opener.

You were right. Giants/Cowboys Week 1. In Dallas again for the 3rd time in 4 years. Fuck the NFL.

Week 5: at Packers, Oct. 9 (Sunday Night Football)
Week 6: vs. Ravens, Oct. 16
Week 7: vs. Rams (London), Oct. 23
Week 8: BYE WEEK
Week 9: vs. Eagles, Nov. 6
Week 10: vs. Bengals, Nov. 14 (MNF)
Week 11: vs. Bears, Nov. 20
Week 12: at Browns, Nov. 27

Week 15: vs. Lions, Dec. 18
Week 16: at Eagles, Dec. 22 (Thursday Night Football)

Well.....at least week 1 isn't a fucking night game for once. Having to play back to back night games and having a short week heading into Green Bay blows as well. Not terrible though.

Droford 04-14-2016 08:10 PM

Ravens/Patriots 12/12 MNF

ClockShot 04-14-2016 08:28 PM

Interesting.

Christmas falls on a Sunday this year. Everybody plays Saturday. Ravens/Steelers and Broncos/Chefs are your Christmas games.

Droford 04-14-2016 08:38 PM

Sept. 11 BUFFALO BILLS 1:00 p.m.
Sept. 18 at Cleveland Browns 1:00 p.m.
Sept. 25 at Jacksonville Jaguars 1:00 p.m.
Oct. 2 OAKLAND RAIDERS 1:00 p.m.
Oct. 9* WASHINGTON REDSKINS 1:00 p.m.
Oct. 16* at New York Giants 1:00 p.m.
Oct. 23* at New York Jets 1:00 p.m.
Oct. 30 BYE
Nov. 6* PITTSBURGH STEELERS 1:00 p.m.
Nov. 10 CLEVELAND BROWNS 8:25 p.m. (NFLN)
Nov. 20* at Dallas Cowboys 1:00 p.m.
Nov. 27* CINCINNATI BENGALS 1:00 p.m.
Dec. 4* MIAMI DOLPHINS 1:00 p.m.
Dec. 12 at New England Patriots 8:30 p.m. (ESPN)
Dec. 18* PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 1:00 p.m.
Dec. 25 at Pittsburgh Steelers 4:30 p.m.
Jan. 1* at Cincinnati Bengals 1:00 p.m.

Quirks..aforementioned Christmas game..back to back road games vs Giants/Jets at Met Life..really easy schedule before bye week..

Seems like the fairest schedule the Ravens have had in a while..no insane road trips like last year at least

Lot more balanced schedule in regards to where the Bye week is and the home-away splits than last year for the Pats.

Real estate broker Nicholas Goodwin has demanded $32,000 from Manziel for damages inflicted on the $4.5 million house.

“They were supposed to check out at noon. Manziel was passed out,” Goodwin told Page Six. “There was cocaine all over the kitchen table, and mushrooms were still out on the table in front of him. There was booze everywhere, broken glasses over the floor and a champagne glass in a tree. If they don’t respond to our demand for compensation, we will sue.”
I will be shocked if Manziel is still alive by the end of the year at this rate.

Evil Vito 04-15-2016 11:31 PM

The Titans are already trying to trade back into the Top 10, and the Browns want out of the #2 spot.

Somewhere, you can hear writers all over the country ripping up the mock drafts they've just completed to account for the Rams trade.

Browns trade the # 2 pick to the Eagles.

Evil Vito 04-20-2016 03:05 PM

christ...first the Rams and now this. I don't understand it at all.

Feels like the kind of trade you make for a no-doubt, sure-thing guy like Andrew Luck or something. Neither Goff or Wentz seem worth what was given up to get them.

Crimson 04-20-2016 08:56 PM

Rams doing it makes sense, seems they're just a QB away from being a playoff team.

Eagles tho idk, they have more holes to fill

#1-norm-fan 04-20-2016 09:07 PM

Sick of playing the Giants in week one. Go away, Giants.

#1-norm-fan 04-20-2016 09:09 PM

I know it's cool to start the season with a big rivalry and the game is usually great/down to the wire... but change it up a little. Jeez.

Jake Roberts wants to fix Johnny Football. Somehow I think its end with Jake back on drugs.

Droford 04-21-2016 11:58 AM

Seems like the Rams had to give up a he'll of a lot more for 1st than the Eagles did for the 2nd.

I'm sick of the Ravens playing the Bengals week 17 in Cincinnati. 2011/12/13/15/16

Evil Vito 04-21-2016 03:45 PM

If I could change one thing about NFL scheduling it would be ending Thursday Night Football. No question about it. The games are often terrible.

I'd keep the week 1 Thursday game because I like the tradition of having the Super Bowl champion opening the next season on their own. And of course I'd keep the Thanksgiving games (including the Thanksgiving Night games). But the rest of it can kick rocks.

Cuz Rams moved up by 7 more picks than Eagles

Droford 04-21-2016 09:59 PM

The Rams could have traded with the Browns for less the Titans werent getting a QB

Crimson 04-22-2016 12:17 AM

Good point. Maybe Cleveland wouldn't move that far down?

But then the Eagles or another team would have traded with the Titans probably.

If the Rams didn't give a shit who they wanted between Goff or Wentz, trading to #2 makes sense. But it's clear they have a preference.

Evil Vito 04-22-2016 09:03 AM

Also, the Chargers are now fielding calls for the #3 overall pick. This is great.

Same, can we put it off and make it a bigger deal in Week 7 or 8 instead of blowing through the match up.

Evil Vito 04-22-2016 09:23 AM

2011 was boss. Didn't play Dallas until Week 13 (JPP's blocked FG) and then the rematch a few weeks later to decide the division.

I miss 2011. Can it come back?

Welp, Deflategate is back.

Brady's 4 game suspension has been reinstated by appeals court.

Nark Order 04-25-2016 12:21 PM

How is deflategate still a thing? Seriously. What in the fuck.

Evil Vito 04-25-2016 12:23 PM

It's stupid and so is anybody who thinks Brady actually cheated.

But at this point I can't help but just laugh at Brady/the situation in general.

Pats will probably win the Super Bowl anyway.

Evil Vito 04-25-2016 12:24 PM

had to go ahead and post the Nelson Muntz HA HA pic on my Facebook simply to be a prick to my Pats fan friends who are going into full on rage mode

Fenix122 04-25-2016 01:35 PM

I get that Brady's suspension is big news but do they really have to spend hours on every fucking sports channel about it? Hours and hours of people saying the same god damned thing. I just want to see Mets and Islanders highlights please.

Because this completly changes the entire NFL season. There is no team now in the AFC to be the clear favorites to win the regular season. Pats may even mods the playoffs depending on how bad they are without Brady and how good the Jets or Bills can become.
