Oh wait...THAT GUY. ^^^ |
Speech, Lockpick, and Sneak are pretty easy to get. Also for any combat based skills, just knock the difficulty down to novice and it'll level up faster.

Everyone who wants to know how Dawnguard is, you can quit your bitching...
<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-WyfnI4nRyY" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="560"></iframe> IGN's pretty spot on with their reviews, so no more need for all this "word-of-mouth" stuff. If the review still doesn't convince you though, just wait a couple months until the after the 2nd DLC releases and they put both on a disk packaged as a GotY edition like they always do. It'll take up the exact same amount of space as downloading from 'teh interwebz', and you get everything on a disc which for me is a nice option to have. |

I generally find alchemy interesting. In the game it's alright but I don't use potions too often.
I'll probably get the DLC for PS3 in a few months since I'm only level 20 something and haven't finished the game. |

Seriously, for 99.9999999999999999% of people, they'll definitely want to wait for the inevitable GotY edition of the game on disc, unless you HAVE to play every single game's DLC on Day One. Don't see what the rush is, it's not going anywhere.
|
Well, I am an not one to buy DLC ever and I play on getting this because more content for Skyrim is simply "more content for Skyrim"

I havnt looked at this whole thread to see if anyone else has dont this but I found a way through alchemy to have your health, magica, and stamina in the six or seven digits and be able to carry 1000000 units plus.
go to an alchemy station wearing a helmet, hands, ring, and necklace each enchanted to make potions at least 20% (can be lower, but this will take longer) You dont need any perks in enchanting or alchemy as I have none. Wear the gear, make a potion called fortify restoration. Quit alchemy. Drink the potion. take off the apparel and put it baclk on and you will see that the % power on the apparel has gone up. Make another fortify restoration potion and repeat the process as many times as you like. Takes me like 10 times. I usually stop when the % is in 8 digits because theres times when the power goes to negative numbers when its that high. anyway when you get to a level you want to stop at with your restoration, make a bunch of them, and then make a bunch of fortify smithing and fortify enchanting. go to a weapon wheel or the place to improve your armor and drink a smithing potion and improve your item.... I personally have a sword that does 130549 in damage now. you can use that enchanting potion to do the same thing. Heres whats even cooler. you can enchant an item to fortify your health, stamina, or magica. If you have completed the quest that has an amulet that improves all three by 30 your good. Drink your insanely powerful fortify restoration potion and then equip your items or that amulet and check your skills or active effects. if the numbers arent insanely high, unequip and equip again and they will be. The effect will then last until you take the item(s) off. |
A city...well town, like white run seems to boast a population of maybe 50 people? It just cleared a bandit camp with 10 or 15 people in it. I realize I am surely but slowly depopulating all of skyrim!!!!
I don't see what the big deal is about the dragons, the dragon born is a far larger threat to the the country. |
Wait til you get the pickpocketing perk that lets you steal equipped items and you star PANTSING all of skyrim.
Worse than death, to have to walk around the rest of your life with no pants. |
NPCs after a dragon kill
I usually have NPCs no sell my dragon kills, but for the first time I had some admirers and encouragement after this dragon kill. Does anyone else feel like the NPCs don't give a flying shit that you saved them from impending doom?
SPOILER: show |
They look so appreciative!
|
They were a sight for sore eyes, usually I get cheap plugs from local general goods vendors.

Skyrim half off on Steam today, for all that have been wanting it.
Dawnguard appears to be on there too. |
I want, but I still have Gothic 3 to finish. Don't want to start a new open world RPG when I am still working on another

I just quit the worthless gear quest of Diablo 3, and MMOs in general. I enjoy the aspect of venturing and doing whatever the hell I damn well please without waiting or trying to grind items hours on end.
I started anew on Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas, previously I had them on the 360, but switched to PC, greatest investment I've made gaming wise. |

I trashed my Breezehome in Whiterun last night, fuckin books everywhere and torches lit on the ground. My housecarl is too damn lazy to pick all that shit up. I have shit to do, I'm the Thane of Whiterun, and getting in with the Thieve's Guild.
All I asked of my housecarl is to keep the damn house clean and I'm pretty sure she's inviting the Stormcloak guards over while I'm away and fucking them in my bed, covers were trashed. Pretty sure I need to fire her ass. |
SHe's prolly a skooma addict
|
That would explain why all my alchemy shit is trashed, living room smells like piss, and the upstairs looks like a drunk Nordsman crapped all over it.

Don't talk about my Lydia that way (RIP).

I wish she'd pick up shit I drop off because I can't be bothered putting it away. I've got gold, steel, and iron ingots all over one corner because there's no way to stack them up neatly.
|
Every time I invite members of the Dark Brotherhood over to watch Pay Per View events, she stumbles out of her room all drunk on Nord Mead smelling like hot moose piss.
She tells me to pick up my Lesser Soul Gems?? Fuck that, I'm going to shit on her "Owned" bed, because obviously I'm the one who bought her that damn bed. She also erased all my DVR events because she needed room for her shitty ass soap operas. |
From what I've seen and read, alot of that happens in Second Life.
|
Never played it
|
It's not even a game really. It's a 'life Simulator'. Apparently it's also fairly raunchy at times. I saw a bid that was explaining that you had to buy an in-game penis to have sex. There was like a virtual store with different varieties. Was hilarious.
