Martellus Bennett son.

Gonzo 09-19-2012 05:58 PM

Also, I would give Andre Brown the ball more.

screech 09-19-2012 06:17 PM

Bradshaw out too, I think

Gonzo 09-19-2012 06:26 PM

Honestly, I thought Andre Brown injected some life into the running game. Dude just hit what was there. I like Bradshaw but the dude just tries to do too much every play.

Dragon 09-19-2012 06:26 PM

Yeah, Bradshaw is out too. The short week really came at a bad time.

Depends on whether or not Cutler throws 4 picks or not. Also, without Forte, I'd say there is a very good chance that the Rams beat DA BEARS.

Evil Vito 09-19-2012 06:46 PM

I never expected Bradshaw, Diehl, or Hixon to play. And frankly I don't think either of them were a huge loss. Brown looked good, the line played better without Diehl, and the 3rd WR spot was largely interchangeable.

But Nicks is a huge blow. It sounds like he would have played with a normal week of rest. Fuckin' Thursday Night Football. At least he should be 100% for the Eagles game in Week 4.

Crimson 09-19-2012 09:10 PM

Yea I love more football..but Im kinda against thrusday nights. At least wait until mid October or something to start doing it..but whatevs i'll still watch and hopefully it costs the Giants a game.

But I picked up Brown so hope he gives me 20 points in a loss.

Droford 09-19-2012 09:13 PM

Ravens browns next Thursday..how do the browns get a prime time game lol

Emperor Smeat 09-19-2012 09:18 PM

According to ESPN and their stats machine, the replacement refs are almost calling the same number of penalties and booth reviews as the normal refs although its very skewed.

Whatever gets complained the most in a week ends up being the penalties that get called the most the next week. Expect a lot of roughing the passer and unsportsmanlike calls this week since the NFL is telling the refs to call those more now.

Biggest difference is the amount of debate when it comes to calls by the refs since they take longer than the normal refs to agree on a call.

Crimson 09-19-2012 09:30 PM

That and alot more fighting/scuffles going on. They need to start ejecting players that start fighting

Who to start in fantasy football this week? Eli @ Carolina, or RG3 at home against the Bengals?

I love that Thursday Night Football is going to happen every week now. Too bad that they seemed to have usurped it from the NCAA, but I don't watch much of College Football.

1-1 in one TPWW League so far and 0-2 in another.

Innovator 09-20-2012 11:51 AM

Can totally see the Giants getting blown out tonight.

Ermaximus 09-20-2012 12:09 PM

RG3 it is then.

Definitely RG3. The Bengals have given up 300 yards and 2 TDs in each of their first two games.

But you might say, "Hey Supreme Olajuwon, maybe they just had a bad couple of games against two elite QBs."

Nope. One of those games was against Brandon Weeden.

But you might say, "Well Supreme Olajuwon, Brandon Weeden is a rookie unknown. Maybe he's just blossoming into a quality QB. It's not like they gave up huge numbers to the worst QB in the league! Wait, who was the other QB they faced?"

Oh, you silly, arrogant tit. The other QB they faced was none other than JOE FLACCO, the worst quarterback in organized sports.

"Oh shit..."

screech 09-20-2012 01:41 PM

Finally going to start Crabtree since Jones looks to be injured. Wanted to sit Boldin due to his two points last week, but he's against NE so he should be good.

Nark Order 09-20-2012 01:44 PM

Reggie Wayne or Isaac Redman for my flex in Week 3. FREAKING OUT

Skippord 09-20-2012 02:32 PM

Reggie Wayne

Hanso Amore 09-20-2012 02:38 PM

I thought I was lucky to land lesean McCoy, Run DMC and then get Stephen Jackson as my Flex. thought I was going to kill it.

All three can suck my ass.

Ermaximus 09-20-2012 03:44 PM

Starting RG3 over Eli. Also starting Donald Brown over both Ridley and AP.

Love my team and all, but our defense is way worse than we were last year and AP, Foster, and Tate have run all over us. Now the question is, Jennings or Blackmon?

CSL 09-20-2012 03:53 PM

Eli shall make you regret this

I think Peterson is still a must-start every week. Playing the 49ers defense or not. He's just one of those guys I don't think I could ever bench.

Primetime's teeth are BRIGHT! Make sure you're standing next to him if the power goes out, he'll light up a room.

Emperor Smeat 09-20-2012 09:18 PM

Vegas bookies are starting to complain a bit about the replacement refs since they are messing up the normal betting formula system.

Right now Vegas favors Week 3 being one of the highest scoring weeks of all-time and has the line average being over 45 points per game.

#1-norm-fan 09-20-2012 09:36 PM

... Why was no one questioning Eli getting rid of the ball before his knee went down there?

He was definitely down.

Innovator 09-20-2012 09:39 PM

I'm buying stock in Andre Brown

CSL 09-20-2012 09:40 PM

Wind, Wind and Fire

Triple Naitch 09-20-2012 09:43 PM

Brown was a beast on that first drive.

Innovator 09-20-2012 09:49 PM

Let's go with AeroSmith, Sweet Emotion, Amazing, and Cryin

Skippord 09-20-2012 10:27 PM

so I guess Ramses Barden would have been a better pickup than Rueben Randle

Innovator 09-20-2012 10:29 PM

Classic Eli

CSL 09-20-2012 10:29 PM

that's a definite interception on Madden

Droford 09-20-2012 11:07 PM
