So that leaves us 8..counting the super mystery guy 7..
I am guessing a good chunk of those are guys that recently left like DH Smith. Maybe 1 or 2 additional legends? |
If I read correctly, the remaining spots would be for Divas and Legends only

Super pumped for WM18 when it came out. The cover drew me in. I remember marking out and thinking "WOW the top 3 biggest guys from each company!"
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...leMania_X8.jpg then...I got it and was bored of it after like 1 week. |
X8 was alright, a precursor to a great series.
|
lol X8 was terrible
WMXIX and DOR were incredible |
Was X8 the first one to not use AKI as the developer and instead it was Yukes on a Nintendo system?
Then again I don't think THQ even owned the engine used in the N64 games for some strange reason. |

Create a titan-tron is in. Looks more advanced than the old "Use a highlight real as a titan-tron" set up. |
Also, apparently Cody Rhodes' alt attire is his "Dashing" look.
|
Same vid that WWKD posted which got taken down.
<iframe width="560" height="345"src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/n1rV-4Xz_ws" frameborder="0"allowfullscreen></iframe> Creating a Mini-Tron seems to be in too, it also seems the CAW call name list Xero posted on page 15 is accurate with at least 2 of them. |
Videos been removed so here it is again:
<object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/UeuPdI92mhw?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/UeuPdI92mhw?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object> I'm liking what I see. Create a tron is finally what I've wanted it to be. Just hoping it's got plenty of options. All I need to know now is if I can play with other CAWs on the same 360. I still hate that I can't see or use my brothers CAWs and he cant see or use mine, even when we are both logged in on the same 360. I'm not holding my breath. |

We just share the slots. That's been the way since the beginning. They should take other accounts into account.

We've tried us both being logged in, one of us being a guest and neither of us being signed in but then the game tells you to sign in before it lets you go any further so it can load a save. |
That vid looks great.

The create an arena feature looks excellent.

Not sure if this has been said... but I'm not going through all 19 pages to find out.
How great would it be to have the Spring Break Nitro arena in WWE '12? |

No matter the number of characters as THQ and Yukes pack into WWE '12, there are never enough. As many arenas, finishers or story paths as there might be in the game, you will likely want more. You'll want to put your own touch on the game, bringing back old wrestlers or putting yourself into the squared circle. Maybe you want to create a ring of your own.

Graphics are being spruced up. Animation is being refined. When it comes to the various created superstars, finishers or entrances, the developer is leaving most of the options alone. That's probably a good thing, considering how powerful the tools already were. While not throwing everything out, THQ is building upon what already exists. This year the create-an-arena mode will allow players to develop up to 50 customized arenas and share them online with their friends. Like what someone else has done? You can download that to your game. Likewise those concepts can then be worked into the WWE Universe mode or created stories in the Story Designer (which is also returning, virtually identical to its predecessor). Arena options range from the predictable (you can recreate old school WCW rings or fashion your own NWO environment) to the more absurd (populating the squared circle with grass). The concept certainly fits in like with the other creative modes. Developing your own character has some new perks. More visual options have been added to just about all categories, including masks, outfits, face paint and jackets. Additionally THQ has included more "menu screen poses" and options for hometown descriptions. One clever addition is allowing players to adjust how superstars are introduced as they're walking to the ring. Four separate clips, from a pool of 600, can be plugged together in order to create an introduction. http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/ar...723068-000.jpg It's a slobbernocker. Creating entrances will be better thanks to being able to customize entrance videos. Players will be able to work with a number of settings, including conceptual themes, color schemes, logos and some customizable text, and an automatic generator will assist developing a sequence for the superstar's TitanTron video. THQ has also added 20 new animations for wrestlers as they walk to the ring. THQ's emphasis this year remains the same as it has been in years past - give players more options. Whether it's the new create-an-arena mode or adding over 100 new moves to the overall pool of options, WWE '12 is building upon the legacy of Smackdown vs. RAW. Considering how powerful these tools already were, that might not be a bad thing. credit - ps3.ign.com |
Just want this game to come out already even if i will only have the Wii version of it! Hopefully graphics wont be too bad on it.

My guess is Razor Ramon as mystery superstar

CAN YOU CREATE/CUSTOMIZE COMEBACK MOMENTS? HOW IS THIS NOT A QUESTION ASKED?
|
Already confirmed that you can choose each of the 3 comeback moves. At least that's what I got from one of Brian Williams interviews.

I'm hoping for Demolition Crush to be one of the mystery legends then we could have the true complete stable.

Red and Green were in the company so long... but the Wellness Policy is set in stone.
|
People really cared about red and green?
Always thought they were a waste of space. |
I always thought they helped load previewed moves faster, but if I can have my character doing the move that's way better.
|
Watching the comeback video, some of the comebacks look a little... stiff on the selling. With that said though, DB's is fun, Taker's is awesome. Also, DB has his own animation for his top rope drop kick, Sheamus has his diving shoulder from the apron AND his Celtic Cross is reanimated, and it looks amazing.
