Im not a huge Hogan mark, But I respect the fact that he is the reason wrestling became such a mainstream smash.

But I also question whether it was Hogans talent or the 'Incredible for the time' gimmick?

Would 'Hulk Hogan' have still been a phenomenon if the gimmick had been portrayed by someone else?

The height of Hulkamania is a lot like Woodstock. Unless you were there you have no idea how big it was.

So think of Wrestlemania XXX like this: WWE is offering a main event of Nickleback vs. Hoobastank. But they just managed to bring in Hendrix.
