I will say I IMMENSELY enjoyed Cole as a heel, but I think they could've turned him without him fighting King. Probably worst thing about that time was when Cole had Lawler's own son confront him that one night on RAW...was just a complete "what in the actual fuck did I just watch?!" moment.
