Here's a random/great Rockers story. After they were fired from the WWF/AWA in 1987 the two landed in Continental. The two were approached by a young girl asking for an autograph. The two signed "we're lesbians! Shawn Michaels/Marty Jannetty". The young girl was the daughter of a t.v executive whose channel broadcasted the Continental weekly t.v

Really tough choice but gave the slight edge to Jericho mainly due to being entertained a lot more with him.
Feel Jericho was better in terms of in-ring skills and promos while HBK had more bigger moments due to his star status. Both did a really great job reinventing their careers with their multi-runs in the WWE. |
Jericho is not better than HBK in ring. Come in now.

He debuted against The Rock, was a staple in the IC division for years and was the first undisputed champion. Which led to a WrestleMania main event against Triple H that was incredibly underwhelming. |
... Then like 5 months later HBK came out of a 4+ year retirement retirement and had an absolute classic with HHH.

After much deliberation I went with HBK. I hate to do this to Jericho, but overall, HBK has entertained me more during his career than Jericho has...even if by a smidgeon. I also felt pretty underwhelmed by Jericho's most recent run, I don't know why, but something felt off. At the same time, HBK's return run from back injury was some of my favorite months of wrestling.
Have to give it to HBK. Honestly don't see how HBK wouldn't win this... |

I had planned on using angle but despite him being eligible i did that match last time HBM was champion and forgot...i 85% decided on a 2nd string tho

That was way closer than it had any business being. I was going to come in here and say that the only sort of person I can see beating Michaels is a legitimate draw, but Jericho almost did it here.
