Don't boil the segment down to one word, she had badass presence in the ring and feeling in her voice. Also the crowd was super hot for it. Even if you do boil it down to the word "bitch" delivered it better than wrestler usually deliver that line.

Only negative thing you could say is the punches looked weak.

The thing that has gotten me about that distinction is the fact that it was popularized when you had the Hart Foundation (stable, not tag team) as heels, but they were cheered as Canadian heroes north of the border. It wasn't that there was indiscriminate cheering of heels in Canada, it was the idea of "boo the foreign devils" doesn't really work when you are in the nation that the "foreign devils" are from... and WWE felt the need to explain that away EVERY TIME they went to Canada while half the bad guys on the card were from there (or associated with).

The ironic cheering came much later, and even some of that has qualifiers. There's a difference between people cheering someone like James Ellsworth just because, people cheering Pete Dunne because people want to see more of him, and people cheering Finn Balor after he just stabbed three puppies to death after humping the same corpse HHH did, then doing a PPV in Ireland and expexting them to hate him.
