What I am saying is get off of your god dammed team's nuts every fucking week you dumb cunt. You twats are the most obnoxious mother fuckers I have ever seen in my life, every fucking Eagles fan is.

When your team wins the Superbowl at the end of the year like you so fucking firmly believe they will do, talk all the shit you want.

Until then have a rational discussion about football without saying "EAGLES 4-0 WHAT NOW BITCH"

Or that dumbass Eagles song.

Seriously, you fucking moron.

name me a team in the AFC other than New England better than Indy

They don't need a secondary to win? Sure when they play teams like Green Bay who have an equally awful secondary and can light up the scoreboard, then they don't. In a shootout, Indy has a very good chance of outscoring anyone in the league. Look at this week as an example. Yes, they won against a good defensive team, but barely. Jacksonville was still very in the game until the last dying seconds. Jacksonville is hardly an offensive juggernaught, and they still had a decent day against Indy's secondary. What happens when they play a team like Seattle, who can put up points just as well as Indy (arguably), and can potentially shut them down? Nobody will be saying "they don't need a secondary to win" then, I don't think.

As for AFC teams better, try the Jets, Steelers (I stand by this... Indy isn't good at stopping the run, which Pittsburgh has been doing well, and Pittsburgh's D is respectable enough to at least contain the Colts enough to not lose them the game), Denver (once Griffin learns to hold onto the ball), and I'd even go out on a limb and say Oakland, with the way they've been playing lately.

Bold claim.

I don't agree with it, but ya know. :p

Indy is "better" than Pittsburgh, Oakland, and Denver simply because they can win games like those teams can't. They may not be as well rounded as those other teams because of the defense, but they are better.

lol it's not a toss up between new england and indy. it's between new england and new england.

New England isn't going to go undefeated, I won't be surprised if they don't make the Superbowl. Personally I think they are a good team but I don't consider them a dynasty. They won the Super Bowl twice in three years, but in between they didn't even make the playoffs did they? That whole winning streak is overrated too, all that matters is this season. Don't get ahead of yourselves yet.

I agree/disagree they will get the undefeated streak but there is no way they will go undefeated all season.. No Shit. I thought they were a one time thing for the Superbowl when they beat St. Louis, and the next season it looked like they were. But they came back from a shitty season and absolutley looked totally different. And the winning streak is not overrated it is pretty amazing to win that many games in a row in the NFL.

Gertner 10-05-2004 05:25 PM

How is there winning streak over-rated!!!!!! They've beaten everybody!

Look at their schedule. They have a great chance of going undefeated.

slextremely 10-05-2004 07:01 PM

New England is great, but i see them loosing 2 games at least, it's too hard to go undefeated in the NFL now days. As for Oakland being better than Indy  , please well i guess we will find out for sure this week.

BCWWF 10-05-2004 07:17 PM

Its a new season. Last year means jack shit now. Its a good stat but doesn't mean anything. They aren't a bad team, don't start putting words in my mouth, but they aren't a dynasty yet and the winning streak is just a pointless fact. Last years winning streak is different, because they won the last 15 games of the year or whatnot, but when the season ended so did the relevance of the streak.
