I watched the ppv, and honestly didn't think it was that horrible. Flair/Carlito was an entertaining opener. Flair even hit a move off the top rope, and basically got a standing ovation. Flair almost did his own heel turn when he mentioned HHH being the greatest wrestler alive. But he managed to get some pops by mentioning Oklahoma. Afterwards Flair grabbed some (plants) girls from the crowd, and took them to a limo. He popped in some Viagra, and there would be a few segments from outside the limo. At the end, the girls came out. Flair came out, gave one more Wooh, and then flopped to the ground.

Edge/Matt was awesome. Looked like there were a few stiff shots taken, especially when Edge was caught in the ropes. Later on, Edge must have bladed deep, cus his face was covered. Then Matt wins with a leg drop from the top of the cage.

New tag champs of course. Hurricane looked like he was actually injured after Murdoch gave a DDT off the apron. He didnt move for a while. He was taken away by the medics, but saw the tron and went back to the ring. But got pinned for his troubles.

Masters/HBK was alright. Masters transform into Lex Luger is about complete. He even used the torture rack twice. But Shawn wins with Sweet Chin Music.

Angle/Cena was good. The eventual ref bump happened, and Bischoff interfered. But when the ref came to, Cena had grabbed the title and hit Kurt with it, so DQ. Kurt attacked after and was gonna Angle Slam through the Spanish table, but Cena reversed into a FU. Show ended after Cena did some posing.

Wrestling needs to stop sucking so hard when football season starts. Totally took a back seat today. I never even had a thought of ordering this PPV. I am definately in one of my more and more common "out" times with wrestling right now. I have watched and will keep watching Raw and Smackdown because I just can't not watch. I am obligated in a weird way. But MY GOD, does it get much worse than this? I may have anticipated this PPV less than I did the GAB. And that's a scary thought.

Wrestling needs Hassan back so incredibly bad right now.

HHH= Ratings. I know it's hard to admit but ever since HHH left Raw has sucked badly. The Hogan/HBK thing kept us watching but when Hogan left the show really went downhill. I for one can't wait for the first Raw in October and the return of the game

One thing I really liked about Edge/Hardy was how Hardy's getting his ass handed to him and doesn't even bleed, whereas Edge gets busted open. Is Matt Hardy a god or something?

Bloody hell, I havent checked this thread till today, and now I rememebr why. This was a good PPV, its funny though that people will just say it sucked without any reason, I honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about it.

Does anyone realise that Ric Flair fought for the IC Title (and won) at Unforgiven '05...it was back at Unforgiven '02 when Flair battles Jericho for the IC Title....interesting? No, I didn't really think it was either. :shifty:

I remember watching Jericho at my friend's house...he had some tapes from Japan...man he blew my mind. I thought for sure he would be an international superstar by the end of the decade. Once he showed up in ECW and won the TV Title, I just had this gut feeling he wasn't going to stick around long. Before you know it he is rocking the fucking house in WCW, and then goes to WWF. I knew the first time he showed up on RAW he was going to be a WWF World Champ. And then when he FINALLY won the WWF Title, not only won it but united it with the WCW Title, I thought he was going to be pushed to the moon and become the biggest star ever....well I guess we all make mistakes eventually.
