Juan 10-23-2008 11:17 PM

30-36 at the Half. This is lame.

RP 10-24-2008 03:36 AM

ITS THE PREASEASON ASS! God damn you're pissing me off.

Juan 10-24-2008 05:06 AM

lol thanks for the breaking news

SammyG 10-24-2008 02:20 PM

Yeah what a terrible game, but that is to be expected in the preseason. Hopefully Kobe sits out tonight, too. Sasha gonna play probably though.

ClockShot 10-24-2008 06:32 PM

An ambulance was called to Isiah Thomas' house a short time ago. Police said someone overdosed on sleeping pills and that the person is only 47 years old.

Thomas is 47. But details are fuzzy right now on if it's him or somebody else.

DrA 10-24-2008 06:34 PM

Oklahoma City Thunder? Really?

Juan 10-24-2008 06:39 PM

Yeah it's lame

SammyG 10-24-2008 06:40 PM

lol yeah, sounds like a WNBA team, huh.

Triple A 10-24-2008 10:15 PM

lol Isiah Thomas :'(

Kris P Lettus 10-24-2008 10:26 PM

Knicks brought him down..

:(

SammyG 10-24-2008 10:29 PM

Yeah, that sucks bout Isiah. Kobe is gonna play in the last preseason game, retarded decision IMO, He's hurt as it is, why risk further injury.

Juan 10-24-2008 10:32 PM

I doubt he'll play a lot of minutes though

Kris P Lettus 10-24-2008 11:43 PM

What is wrong with him?? I know he fucked his knee up but all I heard was that it wasn't as bad as they originally thought.. What'd he do sprain it??

Juan 10-25-2008 12:14 AM

He hyperextended it. He played a few minutes in the first quarter, but it's been all Lakers the whole game. It's actually a beautiful sight. Bynum is being a beast as usual. Ariza made some nice plays. Farmar was very productive. Even Radman made some good defensive plays.

Juan 10-25-2008 03:36 AM

Bynum played great tonight, but I really liked the Gasol/Odom/Vujacic/Farmar/Ariza unit that was out there tonight.

SammyG 10-25-2008 04:30 PM

lol god we are gonna DOMINATE this year. Bynum is the man.

Ninti the Mad 10-26-2008 01:06 AM

Then I went south to Tecate in Baja California for awhile.

Also, I am having a tough time seperating Michael Phelps from Eli Manning.

Juan 10-27-2008 04:14 AM

Opening day tomorrow!

SammyG 10-27-2008 02:19 PM

Bynum vs Oden should be fun

RP 10-27-2008 02:27 PM

Ok so the Pacers open against the Pistons. I honestly wasnt sure because when you look at schedules, theres nothing that says preseason or regular season. Its fucking mind numbing to me.

Anyways, should be good stuff. I think Indy is gunna suprise, but i'll be pissed if Tinsley is still on the roster then, because Bird and the organization promised he wouldnt be.

Juan 10-27-2008 06:04 PM

i don't think his face is really "fat"... now, glenn davis... different story.

anyway, a good win... the refs were horrible both ways, if this is a sign of how it will be, it's gonna be a long season.

I was at the game, the ring ceremony was great.

back to back... bring on the fakers.

Juan 10-29-2008 02:21 AM

LAKE SHOW!

We got the clippers tomorrow. Should be another easy W

SammyG 10-29-2008 02:53 AM

lol @ Odom's pass to Sasha out of bounds.

We are ridiculously deep, as a team, it's crazy.

Poor Oden.... Meh, not really. But still.

RP 10-29-2008 02:37 PM

PACEEEEEEEEEEEE SHOW!!!!!!!

I would love to see the Pacers start this season off with a huge victory at Detroit tonight. That would make my week.

Ninti the Mad 10-29-2008 06:10 PM

Pacers > Colts now???????????

Ninti the Mad 10-29-2008 06:11 PM

I am hoping for a SA win tonight.

Facing Phoenix without Ginobili so might be rough.

Wadding's fat ass is gonna gloat for beating SA that isnt 100% to start the season.

RoXer 10-29-2008 08:21 PM

God can they just get rid of Diaw? Please? I don't want to deal with his non-aggressive pussy french faggot bullshit this season.

RoXer 10-29-2008 08:23 PM

I am excited to see Sideshow Rob though.

This works for now I guess. My laptop is still busted so I can't really see what I'm doing or else I would photoshop a picture that was 100x better.

I hope every time he makes a shot they play the 4 notes of Sideshow Bob's theme music.

Is it safe to start laughing yet?

Juan 10-29-2008 09:21 PM

lol Sideshow Rob

SammyG 10-29-2008 09:39 PM

lol Oden

KingofOldSchool 10-29-2008 10:09 PM

Pacers keeping up with the Pistons without Dunleavy, Granger is playing like a beast out there.

I'm shocked they haven't played Hibbert more.

Juan 10-29-2008 11:43 PM

Lake Show shooting 55% @ the half.

RP 10-29-2008 11:44 PM

I swear i hate Troy Murphy and Marquis Daniels. All they do is fuck shit up and turn the ball over. How many 15-18 foot jumpers do the Detroit front line have to make all net before Murphy decided to jump and put a hand in there face. Seriously. And every 3 he misses, slams off the rim and goes 10 feet in the air.

Gertner 10-29-2008 11:45 PM

Nice job Denver. You couldn't even beat my Jazz without D-Will. Nobody is gonna challenge us for the division.

I think if Dunleavy was heathy and playing tonight, we would have won. BTW Granger leads the league in scoring... :shifty:

Ninti the Mad 10-30-2008 12:28 AM

When did I say you couldnt be a fan of both?

RP 10-30-2008 12:31 AM

Its not Pacers > Colts now. I like both of them evenly. Though I have to admit, i've never been this excited for the start of the NBA season and thats because the Colts are licking balls.

Ninti the Mad 10-30-2008 12:33 AM

Thats all I meant.

Not really. I didnt even watch much of the game. I'm glad this first one was a grind it out kind of win though. They didnt have much of that last year.

couple comments on the Spurs though:

is Popobitch serious with that beard? That is some creepy pedophile type shit.

I think its time for Fins to hang it up. I  the guy, but he just looked OLD tonight.

Looks like this is what its gonna be like for the Spurs until the Flop Artiste comes back. Which sucks for Ninti.

it was a joke. It was funny too.

Juan 10-30-2008 01:22 AM

That first one was. Shaq was pissed later in that game at the Hack-a-Shaq.

i cant even get fox sports with direct tv, searched and didnt see the warriors game at all. watched first half of clippers/lakers instead. but just saw that they lost and new orleans covered the spread.

ClockShot 10-30-2008 09:08 AM

Wow. Knicks were killing the Heat the entire game and they let them get within 5 in the last 6 minutes or so.

Sloppy. Way to go, D'Antoni.

SammyG 10-30-2008 02:20 PM

Lakers absolutely dominating niggaz right now.

Also, we just locked up Bynum, 4 years, 58 million. Another good deal by Mitch.

Its only 25 games or so and we played AWESOME for not having Ginobili. Mason was stepping up.

Or, it could be that the Spurs played horrible and the Suns were horrible too but just slightly better.

I would worry Wadding because the Spurs looked strong without Ginobili or Oberto on the court and come Playoffs, I am sure it will be Spurs/Phoenix again unless someone goes 7th/8th and deals with the Lakers(most likely but we will see)

Kris P Lettus 10-30-2008 04:10 PM

Hornets are gonna destroy the Suns tonight!!

Kris P Lettus 10-30-2008 11:36 PM

Looks like I was right about the Hornets beating the shit out of the Suns..

Juan 10-30-2008 11:46 PM

Nobody cares about the Phoenix Suns. Also, does Steve Nash own a mirror/comb?

DaveWadding 10-31-2008 01:13 AM

Fucking Suns and their shitty ass 20+ turnovers. Give me a fucking break.

Great game by the Hornets though. 54% 3 point shooting

Kris P Lettus 10-31-2008 11:08 AM

Two Way Peja was on FIRE...

All that without Tyson Chandler too..

WOOOOOOOOOOOO

DaveWadding 10-31-2008 12:50 PM

Yeah, that's the funny thing...without Chandler I thought Shaq and Amare would just push them around on the block, but that doesn't work if you're not holding onto the ball.

and of course the long range shooting neutralized the effect of the Hornets not having the low post offense. :(

Kris P Lettus 10-31-2008 02:44 PM

Stoutamire isn't that much better than David West, specially not on the defensive end of the court..

Sure Shaq is still a dominant presence in the paint, but he is too slow for the speed that the Hornets bring..

SammyG 10-31-2008 02:45 PM

Now watch them come out flat in the second half and end up getting blown out. :-\

KingofOldSchool 11-01-2008 09:21 PM

Hahahaha awesome.

This without Dunleavy.

Please basketball Gods, please let this be a sign of things to come.

Granger defending Pierce like it was the Finals up like 15 points with 5 minutes to go was the best.

RP 11-02-2008 07:20 AM

Is it me or is Danny Granger, Scottie Pippen 2.0. Maybe even better. So happy we beat the shit out of the Boston Celtics. They had nothing for our offense. And we D'ed up too. Garnett even said they had nothing. It was fantastic. Lets beat Phoenix and Cleveland now. Then we're talking.
