I think this is good for him. Go work your Shit out in TNA, and comeback. He is capable of so much more, but for some godforsaken reason can't get over his girlfriends ego. Let him put on fantastic matches with the guys down there and try to find his groove with his Mic skills. Worse comes to worse, he doesn't develop beyond a certain point and I can just continue not steadily watching TNA to avoid him.

Plus who knows, maybe melina leaves him for hardy or some other guy and he realizes what a dumbass he was in the wwe and improves without her

yeah as long as he don't bad mouth the wwe, i am sure the wwe would take him back sometime. i think a stint with impact will do him good love to see him wrestle aj.

Theo Dious 11-24-2011 07:03 PM

I also want him to stick around at least for the Royal Rumble so they can have him do a ridiculous spot like last time.

Morrison's storyline future endeavoring.

Schlomey 11-29-2011 11:40 PM

The ball has been dropped so many times on Morrison these past 2 years when he has been white hot....At this point I'm having trouble caring at all where he lands.

I dont believe he has EVER been White Hot. That is just a bit of an overstatement.

R-TRUTH?

Hanso Amore 11-30-2011 03:23 PM

Christian is the only other guy that left the WWE on his terms and was young and a "star". This is not the case of a has been getting canned and going to TNA.

Dont try to compare people like Trevor Murdoch getting FIRED to Christian leaving.

BIG difference.

They still WANT JoMo. This is going to allow him to go be a big fish in a small pond, hones his skills and character and come back JUST like Christian.

Hanso Amore 11-30-2011 03:24 PM

That was for Autobahn

yeah thats true if he don't bad mouth wwe while he is there and impact wrestling can make him big he can go back to wwe big time. i would add rvd to your list though the only reason wwe does not want him is there pg thing.

On a related note, there is also some speculation that John Morrison may return in the next few months if he and WWE work out a deal. Others believe Morrison will take some time off from wrestling. Like Jericho, the argument is there that Morrison wouldn't want to miss out on the big WrestleMania 28 payday.

Schlomey 12-01-2011 12:48 AM

After his piss poor performance and attitude last year I hope he doesn't come back for the payday.

Lock Jaw 12-01-2011 01:05 AM

He had a great match with Sheamus last year at TLC.

Autobahn 12-01-2011 05:50 AM

For R Truth and Christian it took a while to work their way up the ladder when they came back to WWE. Not saying it won't happen with Morrison, but there does seem to be this negative stigma from Being associated wita TNA that can hamper careers a bit.

Do you mean reappearing with no hype on the "C" show is negative?

Mr. Nerfect 12-02-2011 11:16 PM

Would love to see John Morrison re-appear in the Royal Rumble. Give the dude some time off, let him work out his priorities a bit, and then he can return refreshed and ready to do some amazing shit.

Tom Guycott 12-06-2011 10:57 PM

My only question is this: If this 100% comes to pass, what would TNA do with that one British guy... you know, the one who's supposed to be the iMPACT Wrestling imitation of JoMo??

I'm obviously out of the loop, but... I don't even know if the guy is still employed there for this to be relevant... but would they try to make a half-assed MNM? Would they feud John vs the guy for the right to wear a fur coat and sunglasses down to the ring?

Just wondering.

DaveBrawl 12-06-2011 11:35 PM

I had to go to TNA's website to even find out who you were talking about. Apparently his name is Mark Haskins, and I've never heard of him.

Same goes for this dude Anthony Nese they have on there. I watch Impact every week and I don't think I've ever seen these two guys.

As for your question I'd say they would either repackage Haskins or just straight cut him.

Mr. Nerfect 12-07-2011 04:12 AM

Haskins could be a great fit for the X-Division still. TNA actually beats the WWE in the UK, which makes me wonder why they don't do more with Doug Williams & Magnus, as well. Last I knew they were teaming again -- why not let them have a solid run as TNA World Tag Team Champions, while Haskins challenges Austin Aries for the X-Division Title?

Have Hennigan come in and beat Robbie E. for the Television Title.

Mr. Nerfect 12-10-2011 08:02 PM

Here's an update from John Morrison:

<iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/dl_49o0WgbA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Honestly, Morrison seems like a really cool guy. It sounds like he's got his head screwed on straight and like he wants to keep going in the business. Taking some time off to heal and better yourself is not a bad idea, and Morrison's smart for getting out rather than letting his star completely fizzle and his potential to make money dim too much. He also waited until his contract actually expired, and didn't spit the dummy like many guys have in the past.

Plus, he calls his fans "JoMoSapiens." I really fucking love this dude, and I hope he gets another chance to make it in the WWE.

teamXtremist 12-10-2011 08:41 PM

maybe hes reinventing himself so to speak nothing wrong with healing up.However his best chance of success a major world title wont be in wwe

Mr. Pierre 12-11-2011 12:28 PM

So Morrison might "come back for the big payday at Mania"? What would make anyone so sure that he'll even get booked? No one would care either way. He's an awesome athlete, probably (was) the best in the company, but everything else about him is brutal.

Ultra Mantis 12-11-2011 01:44 PM

If he uses the time off to work on his promo / acting ability then I'd love to see him back late next year to give it another shot. I'd prefer Carlito to come back though.

Rammsteinmad 12-11-2011 04:41 PM

I doubt this to be true, but John Lauranitus wishing him luck on Raw made me think this could be another WWE work.

Morrison has been pretty outspoken (in kayfabe) about how unhappy he was with JoLa's role as GM, and with him being released and Johnny Ace still taking shots at him, this could be another angle where Morrison will come back somewhere down the line. A chance for him to take a little time off, and maybe kick start a decent push which will hopefully go somewhere this time.

Seems unlikely, but then CM Punk threatened to leave earlier this year and it had the whole internet community guessing and trying to theorize whether it was legit or not. The WWE writers seem to have had their heads screwed on properly this year, and have come up with more than enough stories to keep everyone guessing. It really wouldn't surprise me if this was just another angle.

whiteyford 12-11-2011 04:48 PM

He'll be a suprise rumble entrant.
