I thought the biggest problem was that Leaf attitude hurt him in particular often playedclips of him just screaming to his teammates in San Diego.

Gus Frerotte for the simple act of his stupidity to a concussion to get by celebratingwith a helmet beaten against a wall. Was never the same after this incident.

Gus Frerotte simply for the fact of his stupidity in getting a concussion by celebrating with a helmet hit to a wall. Never was the same after that incident.

Alexander Svitov pretty muched sucked after being over hyped. Stefan sucked big time.

Team Sheep 04-02-2012 09:52 AM

Gavin Henson after his most recent escapade.

Nikolai Zherdev was a massive disappointment as has Nikita Filatov

ahahahaha have not heard that name in years! Classic.

Al Leiter never really lived up to his potential, same with Shawn Green. Few good seasons, but then faded into mediocrity.

Mickey McDermott for certain. A flash in the pan to say the least!

The second overall pick by the Chicago Bulls in the 2002 NBA Draft, Jay Williams.

Played a season, crashed his motorcycle, and it was all over.

Doug Wickenheiser

wickenheiser turned into a great defensive player. He adapted. Sure he wasn't the huge offensive player everyone expeted, but hee had a long career.

Name that comes to mind for me is; Brian Bosworth. He was so hyped and bally-hooed, plus he was arrogant and believed his own hype.
