Respect for Piper and everything, but I've never really been much of a fan of his. His ring skills were generally basic and his mic skills were good, but nothing totally unique that nobody else could improve upon.

Eddie is the fucking man though. Excellent in the ring, and on the mic. The guy was the legit total package in terms of what makes a great wrestler. There's very few guys who can cut a promo without saying a word, and making it work, but Eddie did it, and the crowd ate it all up.

My comments about Piper sound harsher than they should, I respect the guy and everything, but come on, Eddie is better in Piper in every way.
