Same. Hartford has always been kind of a smarky crowd too. Not Philly or Chicago or night after WM smarky, but close.

Sounds like the blizzard isn't actually preventing them from putting on the show from a production standpoint. Seems like they're expecting low to no turnout though (which I'm sure is likely) given that if you're out in public or on the roads after 8:00PM you're subject to arrest because of the state of emergency.

Also the state/local authorities may have authority to take over and use the venue as an emergency shelter or emergency operations center during severe weather, natural disasters, etc.

Connecticut's Emergency Ops. Center is at the Armory in Hartford.

But yeah, was wondering at work if the show's gonna go on. Even if it was the show after the Money in the Bank PPV. Because that's what I heard on the radio yesterday when I was driving around and that the main event was a 6-man tag with Cena, Roman Reigns, and someone else who I don't remember vs. Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, and Bray Wyatt.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-26-2015 03:41 PM

Have a live NXT episode.

Douchebag comments warning.

road doggy dogg 01-26-2015 03:52 PM

I don't think the people commenting realize that this is entirely out of the WWE's control. Oh well, internet commentors and all that.

Big Vic 01-26-2015 03:54 PM

Thursdays Raw should be better though since it will only be 2 hours (hopefully) which means less filler.

Droford 01-26-2015 03:56 PM

I bet SyFy would love to have raws ratings for 3 hours

It could also be a test for what SDs ratings would look like if it were live.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-26-2015 03:59 PM

Thursday Raw Thursday!

Droford 01-26-2015 04:02 PM

Redo the Rumble This Thursday in.... Hartford

Damian Rey 01-26-2015 04:03 PM

May have been confirmed already, but are they still on for Austin's podcast? Because after last night, I'm chomping at the bit to hear him from H.

Droford 01-26-2015 04:10 PM

Thats next week post raw

Tonight post raw is Wrestlemania 30 24

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-26-2015 04:11 PM

Curtis Axel Vs. Roman Reigns needs to happen.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-26-2015 04:12 PM

Do they have a ring in WWE Studios?

Droford 01-26-2015 04:16 PM

They should have a setup with a ring and 3 rows of seats on 3 sides of the ring like the old NWA/wcw shows. They could get wwe employees to fill the crowd.

Damian Rey 01-26-2015 04:18 PM

Oh that's right. Even better than. Gives more time for the current shit storm to possibly brew further.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-26-2015 04:31 PM

I need some beer.

Emperor Smeat 01-26-2015 04:43 PM

The WWE should have sent the Rock to Rock Bottom this upcoming storm instead of trying to appease the crowd last night.

Dark One 01-26-2015 05:20 PM

Kind of excited to see what happens for 3 hours tonight. These surprise curveball shows are always great.

If it was Austin it would have for sure been ended with a stunner. That's how he rolls.

Should build a ring out of snow... have matches in it....

Droford 01-26-2015 06:32 PM

My line of thinking as well.

KIRA 01-26-2015 06:44 PM

In honor of the Blizzard (the one outside and on the net) I they should gather the superstars to sing "Let it Go"

OssMan 01-26-2015 06:45 PM

hasn't there been RAW every single week since it started... to "maintain the streak" they are [something]

KIRA 01-26-2015 07:03 PM

#CancelWWENetwork has caused a $1.8 million dollar loss driving WWE stock to $10.48 per share today. http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/wwe

I feel sad for the WWE that this happened, but I hope they use this as a wake up call.

I feel like you create causal relationships much too easily.

But yes, WWE's stock was DRIVEN DOWN an entire four cents per share today.

You might be right but only in this instance its not something I'd make a habit of (besides I'm just reposting from feed)
for me this is just more fun than anything I'm not trying to be obnoxious though.

What do you mean wake up call ? If you mean dropping the whole network idea so the fans don't think they run the show then yea. They didn't have this problem when they were just doing PPVs now the fans have some leverage when something doesn't go there way. The Rumble was fine and it was last year as well, I just hope they stick to it this year and dont fold to the DB fans.

ron the dial 01-26-2015 07:22 PM

they had the same leverage when it was traditional PPVs: don't buy them.

Franchise 01-26-2015 07:30 PM

Live Smackdown woop.

Maybe Sting will make his Smackdown debut.

Droford 01-26-2015 07:37 PM

If Sting showed up on main event but no one in the United States could see it would it count towards his 4 remaining appearances?

Poit 01-26-2015 07:38 PM

Main Event is still shown in the US on Hulu.

Who knows?

ron the dial 01-26-2015 07:39 PM

you should speculate for us. you're very good at it.

Dark One 01-26-2015 07:58 PM

Hoping Raw is 3 hours of Paul Heyman talking about how our lord and savior Brock Lesnar rose from the dead in six minutes while it took three days for Jesus.
