Mike Awesome from 2000 onward is basically the most depressing person ever

He somehow got a big push in 1999 in WCW.

The best Van Hammer story was when he was put into the Misfits in Action in 2000 and he complained about being Private Stash, not because the name was meant to be a blunt weed reference but because he didn't want to have the lowest ranking title in a completely fake militia.

Haha yeah I remember that story

Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, and any other name he went by.
This was just a buddy of Hogan who followed him around like a lost, talentless puppy.

Never seen any of his matches but from what I know of him The Shockmaster seemed like he was pretty terrible.

He had a pretty ridiculous career, but had a decent enough run in the mid-late 80s before his horrible accident with matches that weren't COMPLETELY shit to warrant him not being the worst.

In saying that, he wasn't good.

Nathan Jones had such a cool character. Definitely had cred.

The difference with Jones was that given time, he could have been HUGE..... Khali, Gonzalez, Nailz, etc. could never have been good, no matter how much training

Halloween Havoc 1990, Michael Hayes faked an injury to get out of working against him. Van Hammer proceeded to make that decision seem wise when he worked with a jobber and almost crippled him with a shit awful Slingshot Suplex.
