I remember a couple of years back there was a leaked NXT broadcast where you could hear Dunn at the controls the whole show.

It was the divas season of NXT...something you could clearly phone in if you wanted to. But nope, he's calling for different camera shots, counting down the start of entrances, meticulously controlling everything about the production. To realize he's needed to do that 2 nights a week (plus PPVs) for 52 weeks a year and sometimes 4 different shows being taped. Feel like I'd have quit due to stress after a while.</font>

Vince, you put WAY too many personal (and highly questionable) choices over what could've been very good business decisions. I love Vinny, but he reallyneeds to let Hunter take the full helm and not let the Angry Beaver remain the waste of time and money he is and has always been.

What proof do you guys have of the supposed "Kevin Dunn influence"? Yes, I've seen the dirt sheet rumors, "Kevin Dunn has been budding up to Vince and influencing the direction of RAW recently"..... Maybe it's just me, but with the competitive US title matches, the longer divas matches, rebuilding of the tag team division, I've thought RAW has been pretty good recently :-\

The best thing about the Newsletters is it costs more to read some old guys bitching about wrestling than it does to watch all the wrestling you could watch.

Shoot interviews. Not just Cornette. Heyman has mentioned it. Paul Bearer has mentioned it. Ex writers have mentioned it. I think it's pretty common knowledge at this point.

Except the guys who know something about wrestling all seem to hate the guy. Vito emphasizes the point about him being good at the production side of things, but I think him being so involved could be a part of the problem. After a while, you either have so much influence or want things to go as smoothly as you want them, so your vision ends up imposing itself. Even if you do have a great mind for what you do, then you're going to eventually blanket everything.

Getting Dunn to drop SmackDown, at the very least, could allow someone else to step up and give things a new flavor.

Also, completely forgot he was a judge on the original Tough Enough tryouts. Made no sense.

He was mean to John Morrison during his interview/tryout on Season 1 or 2. Morrison won season 3.

Is it just me, or do the eyes, besides his buck teeth, creep everybody the fuck out? Just thought I'd throw that out there...

And I believe Jim Ross as well, who confirmed on his podcast the decision to keep he and Cornette from commentating together because Dunn thought it would be too Southern sounding.
