Great foreign wrestlers to go along with the Greatest Royal Rumble.

Keeping with a theme is likely your best bet to be able to think of 10 questions. Nakamura wins the WWE Title, an all Japanese theme, etc.

Wrestlers who have wrestled twice on the same card on tv or ppv |

Anybody Thrilla: 40 Top 3 Most Frequently Given Answers Wrestler who main evented Great American Bash: JBL (6) Title won by Jeff Jarrett: WWF European (6) #1 on PWI 500: Dean Malenko (6) Notes from the Official Scorer: RISE OF THE PHOENIX: For the first time ever, an incorrect answer was the most-given answer for a question. Beth Phoenix being in only one Rumble would've been correct prior to this year, but at least it wasn't a huge point penalty. MISTAKEN IDENTITY: Poor Maluco, he was on the right track guessing Salvatore Sincere for only one Rumble appearance. But Tom Brandi had already shed the gimmick and went by his real name by the time he got into a Rumble. I'm okay with mixing gimmicks about for interpromotional questions (ie Goldust/Dustin Rhodes or Big Show/The Giant all being acceptable for the Starrcade/Mania question last time), but for something like this where it's only one promotion and he was only in the Rumble with one name, I felt I couldn't count it. NICE TRY: "Like The Great Khali, name a wrestler who held only one WWF/E World Title".....and #1-wwf-fan tried to pull a fast one with Great Khali  sadly for him that point swing cost him the game. EXTREME CONUNDRUM: The ECW Title lineage sure does complicate things in this game. Obviously I've counted it for ECW Title questions, but I didn't count it as a World Title for the "Other Title" question in the last game even though it was technically one of the three world titles under the WWE banner when WWECW came into the fold. Ultimately I decided to stay consistent and not count it here for Mark Henry or Jack Swagger - although in Swagger's case he was the top selected answer or that question so it was kind moot. BAD SURPRISE: I was a bit of a stickler with the surprise question. Nobody would've expected Drew Carey to be in the 2001 Royal Rumble when the night started, but Vince informed him of his entry during the middle of the show. It wasn't a surprise when the buzzer sounded and he entered the match. Ditto for Mr. Perfect in 2002, his entry was announced in the lead-up to the event. Couldn't validate if Carlos Colon was a surprise or not since they didn't really announce entrants back then, so I let it pass. But I did get amused watching a video of him entering and hearing Gorilla Monsoon refer to the 44-year old Colon as a "fiery youngster". |
Wow, I totally thought Ahmed Johnson was number 30 in 98 instead of Vader
|
Whow I suck.
|
 I actually won.
Figured I was going to get burned on a few questions since they were just guesses or had good chances of getting picked by more people. |

I thought the point was to get the most points?

Smear and I need a tie breaker somehow. Fuck a tie.
|
Just curious, what did I score?
|
I was 1 question off hitting top 5. Maybe the next one.
|
On the ECW Title: For what it’s worth, I think the company considers it a World Title from when it came back up until Morrison. So Bobby Lashley is a former World Champion, whereas Morrison is not.
|
Fuck you 5 other people for picking Dean Malenko. Assholes.
|
I really hope to make top 5 soon, I wonder what that feels like!

5th place isn't as bad as I thought. I have been watching some Youtube channels that have segments from the attitude era which help. I use as much from The 2001 Rumble as possible since it's such a great Rumble. Late 99 gets kinda pushed together for me but that picture that has Vince holding the title stuck out so much. I kind of remember that feud. He was feuding with Triple H and managed to win the title to set up that six pack challenge with Austin as the referee.
Sometimes when I can't find a definite answer, I remember what happened in the most recent event such as Rey Mysterio being a surprise entrant this year. Since people try to remember more obscure answers from further back in the past, they don't think about this past year. |

How the fuck was Ric Flair never #1 in the PWI 500?
|
And how was The Miz ever #1?

Since it started in 91', it missed out on the bulk of Flair's career and someone else held the WCW or WWF titles longer than he did during the 90s. |

Morrison and Punk's reigns would technically be World title reigns then, but I also agree that once Lashley had to give it up after being drafted to Raw, and then the tournament where that unmentionable Canadian was going to win it but didn't show up surely hurt it's prestige going forward. |

Jarrett has won so many titles that one was pretty easy I thought. Thought most would go with WWE or TNA era so I went with AAA. Seems USWA was a smart pick as well.
|
Damn... on the Jarrett title question no one said WCW United States title... I should have used that one.
|
I went with WWA, other did too

To be fair it was thinking differently to give the example as the answer.

Fan tricking the system

Goddamn right.
|
Technically there's nothing incorrect about the answer though.
