Here's the funny thing: I remember Vito in a dress, but I don't remember this being WWE. I thought the dress thing happened in WCW where, if he lost some kind of match, he had to wear a dress until he won. Then he won and kept wearing it anyway.

Addendum: I went and looked it up. In WCW it was Saturn wearing dresses. I somehow ran both of those things together.
