Only one of these I've voted in and for me Razor Ramon was the man so I'll give him a 9.5. The RAzors Edge always made me mark out and he was just :love:

Wrestling Ability 8.7: Hall really really sucked when he started out, but he improved a lot.

Mic Skills: 9.2. The Survey Says thing is one of the greatest catch phrases of all-time. Got the audience involved and loved it when he would just throw the mic up for "nWo"

Work Rate: 7.9 When he didn't feel like working a night, you could tell. He half-assed at times.

Crowd Reaction: 9.2: Crowd loved him

Character: 9.1 Didn't like Diamond Studd, never liked Ramon, but loved plain old Scott Hall.

HOWEVER, IMO the stunner he took at Wrestlemania 18 (I think, against Austin). You know where he hit it and didnt fall down, then Austin hit it again, was absoltuly AWESOME! That stunner was second only to a couple of stunners Austin gave the rock.
