I remember a few years ago where the concept of Orton/Cena seemed pretty tasty. Now, however, it's just all right.

Yeah with Orton the babyface and Cena a Heel.

Orton/Cena would still almost be interesting if it weren't for the fact that they never, ever let Randy Orton win the big ones.

Last year's Rumble itself was good. All the big feuds from 2005 came about within the Rumble. From Flair and HHH, to RVD and Carlito.
I will agree that having the Rumble 3rd was a bad idea. The Rumble match was highly entertaining to me.

Well, realistically speaking, there are a few possible Royal Rumble winners:

Shawn Michaels
He is my pick to win the Rumble Match. The event is in his hometown, and whilst it would not surprise me to see the rumoured Triple H or Undertaker take it, I think giving the win to HBK would be better than both those scenarios.

The Undertaker
Rumours say he will likely challenge for the World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania, plus he hasn't won a Royal Rumble. You know it is on his to-do list. Damn it.

Triple H
Much like The Undertaker, he is rumoured to be main eventing WrestleMania. This would be the first repeat win in many years, so I can see Triple H stealing that glory for himself. Shawn Michaels would be a better choice than Triple H, in my opinion. You have to give Triple H the likely advantage, though. :-\

Randy Orton
Yeah, John Cena vs. Randy Orton is another possible WrestleMania match. Yawn. Next.

Edge
If Randy Orton can win, Edge can win. John Cena vs. Edge has been done, but they have great chemistry, and I can see it evolving into a multi-man match, possibly throwing Randy Orton and Triple H into the pot.

I want to see something completely unpredictable happen, though. Give the Rumble win to Chris Benoit, Kane or even Rob Van Dam. The second one is extremely unlikely, but the plans are still to have him challenge for the ECW Title at WrestleMania, so a win here could help establish it further as a brand, and give us smarks something to masturbate over for a while.

I honestly can see Orton, Edge, OR EVEN UMAGA win the Rumble. I highly doubt HBK would win it.

I just hope CM Punk lasts quite a while in a Rumble. He should not win, but can you imagine how big of a pop he'd get if he won? Kane should be dominant again. Maybe he could even beat the record for eliminations, which he currently holds.

I don't really know who I want to win the Rumble. I'll say I'd like Edge to win. I would at least like to be surprised.
