Fox's "Nashville" is the first show to get cancelled.

probably thinking of Studio 60. I am still confused why both Studio 60 and 30 rock were on same network, like exact same show concept, mind boggling.

G 09-27-2007 07:22 PM

Must have been that then. Although I have never seen either.

G 09-27-2007 07:25 PM

I just checked IMDB and that's the one I was thinking of cause it had Chandler.

G 09-27-2007 09:11 PM

Smallville was ok. What happened at the very end was pretty much expected. Not what ACTUALLY happened, but the same wellbeing in a sameness way.

Boondock Saint 09-28-2007 02:08 AM

So far of the new shows, I've really liked

Journeyman
Dirty Sexy Money

Enjoyed/will give a few more episodes
Chuck
Life
Cane

Didn't Like:
The Big Bang Theory

Have Yet to See
Bionic Woman
K Ville

Caught the encore of Reaper last night. It's pretty cool. Wasn't really expecting some of the stuff that happened. I'll to watch, but I'm dedicated to House on tuesdays.

I watched the first episode of Cavemen, because I apparently hate me.

When you go in with the expectation of a 0/10, 2/10 seems sort of okay. That's about where it was.

Watched it too, even though I liked it a bit better than you did. Needs more of the spontanious, silly humor that it was teasing us with and make us care more about the storylines they are obviously wanting us to.

Now I'm forgetting which show on FOX they wanted to debut with the guy having a curse of being immortal until he does something, and working as a crime detective (was it Nashville?). I was VERY interested in it, but now forgot the name (and heard it was pushed back).

darkpower 10-03-2007 07:31 AM

Oh, and Cane seems like a good show (watched it last week and thought it was good). Forgot to set my DVR up for it last night.

It's called New Amsterdam. The guy's name is Amsterdam, and he lived back in the time when that's what New York was called. That and what's in your post is all I know about the show.

ClockShot 10-03-2007 11:07 AM

Yeah. It's called New Amsterdam. Don't know when it's coming on.

But I did catch Moonlight last friday. That looks pretty cool.

All these new shows will be cancelled. FACT.

LoDownM 10-04-2007 03:09 AM

Reaper has been pretty good thus far imo. Aliens in America, meh, fell asleep watching it. Haven't really watched any of the other new shows.

Can't wait for Scrubs and 30 Rock season premiers.

Boondock Saint 10-04-2007 06:04 AM

Reaper was entertaining. Pushing Daisies was really good.

Surely they must be coming back full time, they're still in the credits. All the new doctors are just "guest starring."

TBH, I don't doubt they're coming back, but I think they'd probably be in the credits as long as they have a part in the series, even if they don't have a full time role.

Blitz 10-05-2007 01:56 AM

Pushing Daisies was awesome. Reaper is also the sex.

And I am watching Gossip Girl :$

I don't know about that. I think Jesse Spencer and Jen Morrison got hitched over the summer so they could be taking some time off because of that. Don't know where Omar Epps' character is going.

I was hoping they would bring Piper Perabo into the fold since they sorta hinted bringing her in last season.

We'll see in the coming weeks what happens.
