And KK, you cut down the IWC like you somehow aren't apart of it.

BigDaddyCool 11-19-2008 10:45 AM

I agree with kk, Morrison's abs should be champion.

Nark Order 11-19-2008 10:46 AM

Morrison's Abs vs Mike Knox's Beard for Wrestlemania Main Event

Nark Order 11-19-2008 10:49 AM

I have a feeling KK is writing something huge and meaningless right now.

Wait, do you mean here or his novels?

Nark Order 11-19-2008 10:54 AM

Wait for it...

Nark Order 11-19-2008 10:56 AM

Novels? Don't get them much. The only one I've read is "Undercover Smark".

No, I was making a joke. KK writes novels and is trying to get a book deal. I was saying they were long and useless, but you are a retard.

Boom! Another strawman torn down. I applaud you. Maybe you'll even move on to live targets one day.

Have you ever taken an English course? I speak of the IWC as a general body, rather than counting each and every member. Kind of like how "You" can mean either a specific individual, or a group, category, whatever.

Third grade English, so I'm sure you're aware of that. It begs the question: Why lie?

Are these the novels I keep going on about?

Kane Knight 11-19-2008 12:13 PM

Side note: I love how Narc is sitting by the computer waiting for one of my "novels" while I'm not even home. :D

If by keep going on about, you mean the one you mention every so often and isn't a secrect, yes. I wasn't implying that you go non-stop about it, I'm not Kano.

I know you weren't. I was just pulling a Kanoism out.

He may not be the most over guy in the world, but not ready? Behave.

He may well have been around for a long time but when he won the belt he wasn't too far off the back of APA Bradshaw. In my eyes all we'd seen of Bradshaw for however many years he'd been with the WWE has a mid carder (Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw) a tag team guy ("Blackjack" Bradshaw, Acolytes/APA) and a guy that had won the Hardcore Title in his most recent singles run.

At the time of him winning the belt I didn't view him as a Main Event guy. I grew to appreciate his charisma and mic skills even if his in ring work was a little short of great.

Kane Knight 11-19-2008 03:36 PM

His mic skills were awesome. His gimmick, not so much. He grew into it, but that was a terrible run.

Destor 11-19-2008 03:46 PM

That was a great gimmick. Dunno what you're on about there. The problem was the trasition into the gimmick. He was only off TV for like a week before he COMPLETELY changed...very annoying.

Fabien Barthez 11-19-2008 03:52 PM

This whole worst draw thing. Does the champion really affect the gate and buys these days? Surely as long as all the big names are on the cards, it stays roughly the same. I don't know, so I'm here to be enlightened.

He was also champ for a long fucking time for someone considered a flop.

I think his gimmick does rely on him being the champion and him stealing wins and retaining in general heel styleé for it to get over right. He cuts a better promo than most of the WWE talent, he works a pretty dull match, but always get's the finish right. What more do you want from a main eventer? WWE tradition right there...

Even if buys were down, he drew great heat. Maybe he drew so much heat people just stopped watching him? That is REAL heat!

Wrong again, went to school shortly after posting.

Nark Order 11-19-2008 04:02 PM

Also, what is this strawman nonsense you bring up to justify every losing arguement of yours?

Look at The Origional Sheik.

Fabien Barthez 11-19-2008 04:08 PM

You look at him :p

Nark Order 11-19-2008 04:09 PM

Also, regardless of my third grade education, you are acting like you are above something that you are clearly apart of. If you're viewing it as a general body, then surely you are apart of it. Stop hiding behind a bunch of "you're stupid" and "you're a strawman" arguements. You do so because you have no substance.

Fabien Barthez 11-19-2008 04:18 PM

You can PM him as well, you know.

He is clearly talking about the general opinions that group the IWC together, not his personally. So quiet time now, please.

I found nothing on Sheik drawing such heat he didn't draw a crowd, I did read that he kept kayfabe at home with his family, and everywhere he could get away with it.

Nutter.

Nark Order 11-19-2008 04:22 PM

Oh dear, you've all been infected. This is worse than I thought. *sigh*

I'm going back to casual.

Kane Knight 11-19-2008 04:24 PM

He was a champ for a long time, during which buys and ratings suffered pretty bad.

What losing argument? You falsely represented what I said to make it easier to attack. How am I losing when my own opinions never entered into it, and you had to lie to bolster your own argument?

Hmmmm....

The Detroit territories (The ones The Sheik ownd and booked) went out of buisness because after a decade of no one being able to defeate The Sheik they lost all hope and stopped coming.

Fabien Barthez 11-19-2008 04:32 PM

But, how much? like 25%?

Jericho and HHH are the current champions. WWE Stock fell by like, $3 or something yesterday. I think it may be due to Jericho wearing short tights.

Ok, I don't think that. But was there an increase when he dropped the title?

Ha. Dude really was insane in the membrane...

Destor 11-19-2008 04:41 PM

People paid HUGE to see people come in and try and defeate the unbeatable Sheik for a VERY long time. But when all their great hopes had failed (namely Andrea) they just didn't beleive ANYONE could do it. And unfortunatly the Sheik's ego wouldn't allow him to job beleiving that his booking strategy had led him to a very healthy living, it would keep doing so. He was so hated people paid for a chance to see him loose for the longest time, but in the end they hated seeing him win so much the refused to come back.

Destor 11-19-2008 04:41 PM

And that's the story of The Origional Sheik. :'(

Kane Knight 11-19-2008 04:49 PM

Shit, you're right. Stock was up before Jericho took the title.

parkmania 11-19-2008 06:15 PM

So, CM Punk as champ was good for business after all?

Lock Jaw 11-19-2008 07:48 PM

Going back to topic...

I can see Morrison entering a feud with Shawn Michaels and turning on The Miz by throwing him out of a second story window to prove that he can do anything Shawn can better.

Johnny Morrison: As the "Shaman of Sexy" John Morrison I can do everything better than Shawn Michaels, who is merely a "sexy boy." To illustrate my point I've brought the Miz to the Palace of Wisdom's second floor barber shop.

Miz: Yeah and...wait.

*morrison throws Miz out the window*

Morrison: Hoo-rah

I'd watch it. Especially if the Miz kept yelling "hoo-rah" as he fell.

Actually, continuing the theory of stock prices, WWE stock has been on a steady decline since almost exactly the point CM Punk took the belt. It's clear that this has been a downward spiral created by Punk's reign, which has shaken faith in the investors.

:shifty: (Smiley to indicate this is not intended as a factual statement)

We don't know what CM Punk stands for, but we do surely know it doesn't stand for "Creates Money."

Fabien Barthez 11-19-2008 09:04 PM

Well, WWE is only worth about 70% of what it was worth with JBL as champion so you can just face defeat KK :p

Kane Knight 11-19-2008 09:09 PM

LOL

Fabien Barthez 11-19-2008 09:11 PM

You're damn right, Lol!

Kane Knight 11-19-2008 09:50 PM

Who are you calling Lol, motherfucker?

.44 Magdalene 11-20-2008 01:21 AM

I want to rub my face on John Morrison's abs
