All in all, a less than exciting premier for 24. Hopefully it really picks up tomorrow.

Also not crazy about the new CTU. Looks too "Star Trek"ized.

I can't remember when he did that in the act of torture. He cut off Chase's arm but that was because Chase had the bomb attached to it in Season 3 that would have killed everyone because it was a biological bomb
